I hope the State charges the 10 year olds mother as well. According to the article, she knew that the child was not to...
"Sources now tell FOX that relatives will be holding a news conference to put the abduction theory to rest. There is no word on when that will be."

Playing Devil's Advocate: It is beneficial when the child is of school age. Ayla has quite a few years before she would be in school. Billboards make sense in this case as she could have been brought out of state very easily.
At least one of the three is pleading guilty at this time. Not sure to what charge though.

I would tend to agree with that as well since most people relate more to cups vs. liters, etc. But it was the way JH wrote it as a quote that kind of bothers me. I just can't accept it as fact that LE gave that as an amount just because that is what JH is stating. I wish they (LE) would just...
I would be surprised if the investigators actually said "more than a cupful". That is not how LE normally refers to amounts of blood. It would have been stated in liters. I'm not saying they weren't told there was a lot, just saying I would be surprised if it was stated as JH stated it. I...
Would that we could all get an apartment by ourselves just because we are gainfully employed. I live in Portland, Maine and believe me, it isn't as easy as it may sound. The places that JD may have been able to afford on just his income would certainly not be fit for a child either. JMO
I...
Maybe I am in the minority but I would much rather have my child placed with his/her father at the home of his/her grandparent vs. at the home of a bunch of young men which is where JD was living before he moved in with his mother. JMO

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe this was a decision made by Trista. IIRC, she was forced into the rehab situation. She did not voluntarily enter it.
I'm sorry... I must have missed the release where it was proven she was thrown down the stairs. That is just a theory that has been thrown out there. I understand that everyone wants resolution in this case, as do I, but there has been no proof that JD or anyone else "threw" baby Ayla down the...
I would agree that they are definitely not on good terms. It appears that JL has a restraining order against him and he is not allowed to see Baby G.
From the PPH article:
"A protection-from-abuse order forbids Linnell from seeing his daughter, according to court records."
So it isn't...
I'm not sure if this has been posted yet or not. From one of our local news stations: (hopefully the link works!)
