The other day I couldn't sleep and I watched a Law and Order episode from 1995. The lady killed her 8 month old (suffocated her) and then threw her in a furnace to 'cremate her' because that is 'what God wanted". I was amazed watching it because the Defense lawyer used the same tactics as JB...
they had lots of seperate days of partying pics (July 4th wrapped in the American Flag, puking in the toilet, etc). I believe they weren't all admitted by the judge. Even the night at Fusion they had lots more pics and could only choose 3.
And if that's the case, then these Jurors deserve every bit of backlash they get. They are there to perform a job, not be coddled by the State or the Defense (the Judge did enough of that). If any single one of those jurors made their decision based on JB's phony "Good Mornings" and "Good...
They are picking and choosing who they will interview with...they are making sure that whoever they interview with will not question them, I'm sure that's part of the 'terms' they are using to agree to an interview. Notice none of them are knocking on Nancy Grace's door for an interview (or...
I truly, honestly think this was part of the problem. JA was a frickin' GENIUS up there....he knew everything about the forensics, it was absolutely amazing to watch. JB was a total goof and unprofessional. The problem when you pick a jury comprised of 'regular' people of average to low...
Yah, and she's the one that, according to all the reports and descriptions after Jury selection, seemed to want to be on the jury. She was loving the idea of free room and board in a nice hotel for a few weeks.
I'm convinced that this Jury sat in on a totally different trial than the one I watched every day for 6 weeks on wftv.com. That is the only explanation for this travesty. Listening to these jurors makes it all worse. Honestly, after the verdict I was outraged, but I thought the Jurors would...
It's called Circumstantial evidence (along with the ACTUAL evidence that the jury never paid attention to). There are very few murderers out there that take video and pictures of them committing the crimes. If that were the case, we'd never need these trials to begin with.
This jury didn't...
Yah and Cindy might not have remembered if they used the hose that morning, they could have, because she recalls that the grass was looking a little yellow and so it's quite possible that she used the hose that morning and sprayed the pavement and newspapers and everything while hosing the yard...
Nah, no problem, it actually was the most 'logical' thing I heard about this jury. They added 1+0 and got 0. Only thing that makes sense. :twocents:
Sometimes my kids sneak chocolate chip cookies from the cookie jar. I don't see them actually eat them and they pretend they didn't, but...
I believe it was the same juror (2) and maybe J. Ford who both mentioned the 10-2. Juror 2 said at first vote for Murder 1 it was 10-2 and those 2 were convinced that there wasn't enough evidence to get her for Murder 1 pretty quickly. It was the Manslaughter charge that took more time since...
"The Anthonys were struggling with the fact that the more they helped investigators, the more they were helping to build a case against their daughter..."
You can google it for lots of info but from what I'm aware she lied and said that she searched the exact area where Caylee was found and it was proven to be untrue. I assume they are seeing if Jose had anything to do with her lying about that (in order to say Kronk moved the body?). Sorry I...
Not me:( All the hard work, time, time away from their families, etc...only to see her walk free. That has to sting. And they all look a little sad about it.
