JMO, If it was that easy to have a 1st degree murder conviction thrown out none would stand. After a verdict has been reached it is very hard to overturn. JS jumped right on it and did what he wa s supposed to. I await the resolution, JY will not get another trial. IMOO?

I say without a doubt GUILTY. Stick a fork in him. Done. I feel for LF, MF and CY. What happens if he offs himself ? Can he be convicted if the jury has not started deliberations ? JMO.

I should not have worded it like that you are right. I do not think they understood alot and the pros left alot of loose ends = hung. Better luck with the next jury and better lead pro.

I honestly think that if he had not testified we would not have round 2 coming up. I can not help but think there was some real dopes on that jury. I know that is terrible to say, I could see this in the BC trial, even w/the 1/2 *advertiser censored* pro BH who else would do this ? Sorry I am sooo annoyed. JMO

Jt heard on the news the jury is deadlocked. If it is hung, he will stay in jail until retried. Maybe that will give pros the time to nail him when they have time to go over his testimony. I really think him never talking and taking the stand did benefit him. jmo

I believe if someone else is convicted (if JY is not) of my's death in a criminal Court then I would think that the civil Judgment could be overturned at that time, correct steps in civil Court would have to be followed as it would not just go away. Jmo

1/2 was my's, pre marital asset I would assume LF would try to attach to JY 1/2 to secure for cy it is really all he had to attach too. IMO

Ins goes to cy, even if he walks on this he is pretty much done, if he gets a job he needs to pay the civil Judgment, I doubt cy would ever be uprooted again. I hope this jury sees through him. I think they will, he certainly insults other's intelligence with his lies. Jmo.
