I have respect for all those who have searched for Michelle and also helped the family in any way (prayer, food, etc), but in regards to who deserves credit for finding her. It doesn't matter! She's found and now the family can have a bit of closure, but I'm sure they want justice to be served.
"a young bay area resident's thoughts on what happened" posted a comment on Michelle's missing website that GE posted on her twitter account a tweet about a CSI Miami episode called Blood Lust. And he mentions that she only posted 1 tweet and it's dated March 7. Creepy, in my opinion, LE should...
If that was the case, I think they would've kept GE in custody because they would have evidence of her texting Michelle.
It has to be someone that knows her though.
Great find! But I'm wondering if those cameras only snap photos for red light runners. LE should definitely check it out though.
If you run a red light, those cameras can take a photo of your face and show it to you in the mail.
In that case, I noticed the only street to Ponderosa Court is through Oliver Drive. They should go door to door on Oliver Drive and ask if the residents there if they have cameras facing towards the street. But they should ask the residents of Ponderosa Court first.
EDIT: I noticed they have a...
To my knowledge, Google outsources their satellite imagery from a third party satellite company. I'm sure there's more than 1 satellite in the sky overlooking the bayarea. If anything, I'd also look into if any of the neighbors (of Ponderosa or nearby streets) have cameras facing towards the street.
Maybe they can use the data to track the path of the vehicle. I'm sure there was enough sunlight from 7-8pm to see the vehicle from the sky.
EDIT: It's an idea, because when I used to commute to work I used to be able to see my car in the parking lot on Google Maps.
I'm from the bayarea too and grew up in a rough neighborhood. They have cameras in spots in San Francisco where drug dealers frequent and the cameras are obviously there. People do try to take these cameras out, but eventually get replaced with city money.
At the least, it would be a good idea...
I'm also wondering. Google and other companies always have their satellites in the sky pointing in all directions. Would it be ideal to ask for some satellite imagery for the time she went missing? I've never heard of it being done for a case, but it's just a thought.
I'm also wondering if...
I noticed there's a community center a little down the street while driving around there. I wonder if they have a security camera pointing towards Ponderosa Court. I noticed a lot of kids walking around the area when I was driving around there. The kids that go to that community center should be...
@MattL: I noticed that the parking garage has only 1 way out from what I remembered. The perpetrators must have been seen by someone. Because they would need to drive through the small parking lot that is filled with cars. Then they would need to turn on the busy streets. Someone should've seen...
My wife and I just went to costco and picked up some energy bars for the search team. There should be about 480 energy bars. I dropped it off and I encourage others to help with whatever you can as well!
I'm just wondering though. What if Kaiser knows more from their surveillance videos than anyone else knows? But can't share it with the public just yet. The news just mentioned Hayward LE got new video and they submitted it to the FBI to get help enhancing the images.
@DLynn: Thank you for being so dedicated to help the Le family find Michelle. I'm concerned though, hopefully Kaiser doesn't frown upon you helping them since you work for them. They're already acting like a big corporate company that watch their assets.
I drove to the Kaiser parking garage today. And from what I saw, it doesn't look any different from any Kaiser parking garage I've been to. I've seen darker parking garages in San Francisco downtown. There was enough lighting to see something from one end of the garage to the other. If someone...
It would be a good idea. But hauling around cash around these neighborhoods might not be safe. You never know who may be opening that door that you knock on
People who are honest would not take money in the first place.
In my opinion, it has to be someone she's known for quite awhile to be able to lure her out of work. She left her stuff at work and just brought her cellphone to what may have seemed a sudden urgency for her to just step out real quick.
There were also similarities to the Annie Le case as well...
