I'm not Tony Gatto, promise. I also thought it was strange that he posted that entry just after I posted that I heard from a worker at Sports that she was verbally admitting that she was on Xanax and Coke. I know it has been reported to police though, so it's very possible that he did hear this...
This is a rumor, but I thought it was interesting and the source seemed credible. I was socializing with a group of people last night, one of which works at Sports. He was working the night she disappeared and said that the bar wasn't even serving LS because she was so visibly intoxicated. He...
They're farther away now but I can still hear them. They were super loud when they were right overhead (actually woke me up). It could be anything, but just thought I'd share because it's interesting that they're here at 1-1:30am. There's been a lot of helicopters doing searches and news...
I've been hearing helicopters fly over for about 5 mins now...it could easily be a news helicopter, but I'm not sure why they'd be out at 1am. Would they be doing searches/flyovers at this time in the morning? Or maybe something bigger is going on?
Current IU student here. Anyone who is saying that coke is out of the question is SO mistaken. It's huge here. I've had first-hand expierience with it IN SMALLWOOD. It's especially popular among the east coast population. Also, just pointing this out...LS is supposed to intern for Anthropologie...
Another example, straight from IU. This guy died at the beginning of this past spring semester due to a cocaine overdose:

I'm a student at IU. I've posted this previously...cocaine is a lot more common than people on the outside realize, especially among the people that live downtown in the Smallwood area (this area is where the most expensive apartments/houses in the town are located and cocaine is a rich kid...
She was concerned at 11am? I thought the roomie said it was normal for one of them to sleep past 2pm? And when she realized that LS wasn't at the apartment and thought something was wrong, wouldn't she have contacted JW? If my friend had a bf and I couldn't find her in her room my first thought...
Very true, by 4am they've headed back towards the railroad tracks where they sleep. A lot of them stay on the tracks very close to where she was allegedly last seen, but I've never seen them out and about in this area. From my experience they're pretty harmless, they just like to jokingly heckle...
I've never characterized anyone I've encountered on these walks unsavory. There are homeless people that hang out downtown, but in my opinion they wouldn't do anything to hurt me because when they're downtown they're in well-lit, crowded areas.
In RE to cipius: He's in an off-campus Jewish...
Unfortunately it's fairly common. I have walked alone before (I've actually made the same walk that LS allegedly tried to make from 5 North Townhomes to Smallwood alone), but I walk with someone else more often than not. Thinking back, over the past year I've probably walked home alone 5-8...
Yeah, the only intercom is in the lobby of the main entrance. The main entrance faces College. There are other entrances through the apartment complex parking garage, but you need a swipe card to get into the elevators. If she were to take the alley she would most likely enter/exit out of the...
Smallwood has an intercom system where you can dial the apartment number and they can see your face on a screen in their apartment then give you access to the elevator and then let you in the apartment.
JW is in a fraternity. JR, MB and CR are NOT in that fraternity. I know that LS had only met JR/MB a couple of weeks previously at the Indy 500, but I'm under the impression that she had known JR longer. JW and JR are not friends on facebook, but they have lots of mutual friends, making me...
