The jury does not know currently about the Felony conviction.. They certainly will hear about it in the penalty phase.

Guessing that the prosecution, as they completely dismissed the "downing" theory.. simply was not going to open that can of worms.. The DT implied over and over that it was George.. they just could not figure out how to get it across in a firmer way to the jury.. IMO

Guessing that the courthouse is jammed with reporters.. this way they answer all of the reporter's questions about what to expect, warnings, etc..

The state made this point...It's in the court record & definately NOT LOST on this educated jury.. moo

JA's speaking directly to the intelligence of this jury, where-as JB brow beat them, and continualy told them that they were stupid to believe any of the fantasy forensics.
