    My Theory

Well, JMB is an interesting character that's for sure. Supporters were looking for someone to pin it on, he was the unlucky one in Paradise Lost 2. I believe they actually moved into the house he lived in at the time of the murders to look for evidence against him. I think they rented or bought...

    My Theory

I am not a doctor so would not be able to make that diagnosis. If he did falsify the documents, which other posters claim he must have, he should be held responsible.

What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

I'm sure that you already know that the possible TH hair was tied in the shoelace, not laying on a victim's body. The possible DJ hair was on a tree stump, not in the water, correct? Several hairs found on the ligatures either could not be/were not tested, so the WMMurderers could not have been...

    Mother preparing to be arrested

My child ends up in bed with me a lot of the time, and if I had a kitten, I'm sure it would be in bed with me too. A lot of children and kittens do not like to sleep alone.

Life for the West Memphis Three - Free After the Alford Plea

Anger would be understandable. Taunting them, toying with grieving parents, will never be understandable to me.

    My Theory

Right...any defense expert opinions that make Damien look bad should be dismissed because they were exaggerated to help him. But, the defense experts who present opinions favorable to the defense should be accepted as gospel.

Life for the West Memphis Three - Free After the Alford Plea

Well, I think that the kisses were blown before Damien took the stand. But yeah, it shows what an arrogant, cocky, uncaring, non-compassionate man he is. Never heard of an innocent person taunting the parents of a child murder victim like that.

My view has done a complete 180

Damien did confess. I just can't believe that anyone who reads Jessie's confessions, particularly the confession he insisting on making to his own attorney, with his hand on the Bible, would believe that anyone would ever make that up. Aaron was a child with a crazy, drug addicted mother who...

Life for the West Memphis Three - Free After the Alford Plea

Like what? I think I'd be crying and screaming "I didn't hurt your child!" Not blowing kisses and flicking my tongue.

My view has done a complete 180

Damien's confession, Jessie's multiple confessions. The fibers. His mental health records only show that he was capable of it, not that he did it. DNA testing was not the same then. A lot of stuff was not tested. We all know that the victims were in water for hours, you wouldn't expect to find...

    My Theory

I was responding to your statement "Because even now there are adults posting here that take a kids word for it when he writes down he's a sociopath...." Damien wrote that he was homicidal and psychotic on his SS application. He was 18, old enough to understand that it is a crime to falsify...

    My Theory

He was 18. It was a social security application. It is a crime to make fraudulent claims on SS applications. Just curious, at what age does someone stop being a kid to you? At what age does a person begin to be responsible for what they do and say?

    My Theory

I don't think the state said the murders were part of a Satanic ritual. That the murderers were into Satanism, or their own idea of Satanism, yes, but that the murders were part of a ritual, no. Regardless, IMO, and the opinions of everyone I have ever discussed it with, the murders were not...

    My Theory

I don't know anyone who believes the boys were murdered in an organized ritual.

What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

I've learned that there are people out there who believe that saying you're homicidal, attempting to suck blood from your fellow patients at a mental health facility, and threatening to (kill and) eat your father are all completely normal. :waitasec:

    My Theory

I don't think anyone is taking what Deanna said as 'gospel.' She had no reason to make that up though, Paid's manhole theory wasn't out then, was it? Do you think she was psychic? She just knew that, years down the road, Damien's supporters would make up a theory about the crimes being committed...

    Question about Terry Hobbs

He doesn't know what happened to the missing articles of clothing because he was very disturbed by what he witnessed and took part in and did not pay attention to what Jason and Damian did with them. He left. His confessions do match what happened. Maybe not exactly what you or me or the police...

My view has done a complete 180

I will ask again, what new evidence? I don't believe that there have even been credible claims made (by the defense team or defendants) of compelling and secret new evidence. I think if there was some big piece of evidence, it would have already been on the evening news. No reason to keep it...

    Question about Terry Hobbs

By the same token, it doesn't follow that if you lower his IQ by a few points his confessions will magically become false. IQ only becomes a point of debate when supporters throw out their claims that he has the mind of a very young child. He may not be the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but...
