I think the pay phone call was the beginning of the set up and exactly which one used is known by LE regardless of current working status. I believe that Heather's mobile provided was T-Mobile. When you do a usage search, the calls appear in the time zone of the call, which is obviously eastern time zone. However, the texts show in the time zone of T-Mobile headquarters which is located in pacific time zone. This could be the...- Clear Water
