Absolutely. Can you imagine the poor guy...totally and completely adores his granddaughter.... and she goes missing, turns up dead in a swamp....and he knows deep down she was killed by his own daughter...and then he gets accused of being a molester and covering up a pool accident that he knows...

If you think it does constitute reasonable doubt, you would not be following the law - plain and simple.
