Not a pilot but read that if transponder was turned off on the 370, the plane being shadowed would not pick up any radar. Sorry, no link, so JMO, I guess.
Interesting forum that includes inmates from Perryville and a lot of information. Apparently they do have TV and some areas have AC. These are probably lower security yards than where JA will be housed.
Arizona State Prison Complex - Perryville...
Thanks for that quote and it's very similar to one I have on my home page in honor of a departed friend.

One aired on Lifetime on 5/22 called "Beyond The Headlines." I recorded it, but not watched yet. Not sure if it was 1 hour long or 2. Anyone know? I saw it was on again the next hour, but assumed it was a repeat.
A bit about the author of the videos that Quester has posted. He has also written a book that is available on Amazon.

I've thought the same and my vote would have been for Troy Hayden, but just saw on Twitter that he was headed for Disneyworld to meet up with his wife and kids. Also a tweet today by MK with a link to video interview of foreman.
Maybe Ryan Owens who did a tough interview of JA for GMA?
So happy for her too. She is one classy lady. On another note .. is there a current address to send donations to the Alexanders? I imagine they have returned to CA, but just wondering where to send it. Thanks for any info anyone!
BBM
Not to disagree, but do you have a link that discloses this info? In particular the bolded portion. I was born and raised in the Mormon church and do not recall being taught or even knowing that this took place. (interviews, i.e.) Granted I am a female, but had two brothers who were raised...
The main difference between first degree and second murder is "premeditation". Under Arizona Revised Statute 13-1105, first degree murder is defined as:
"Premeditation" means that the defendant intended to kill another human being or knew [he] [she] would kill another human being, and that...
Maybe I am misunderstanding the "age" thing, but IMO that has nothing to do with a person's technology awareness or abilities. Some 70/80 year olds are every bit as proficient as the younger generation. Totally depends on the individual. All JMO.
Quote may be messed up, but is there a link that says she was allowed to keep the makeup? I was under the assumption that a network makeup person applied it for her interviews. TIA
