GUILTY GA - Rusty Sneiderman shot to death at Dunwoody preschool, 18 Nov 2010 #5

That was my immediate thought. If Hemy has any incriminating evidence tending to show Andrea was complicit in the murder (versus the affair) this is his one opportunity to play that card to his advantage. Facing the expense and effort of a second trial, and possible unavailability of witnesses...

LA - Officer James Bennett, 45, fatally shot in cruiser, New Orleans, 24 May 2015

Antonio Martin? Not sure what your definition of large scale is, though. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/12/25/protesters-berkeley-shooting/20889139/

A plastic bag or container with GHB or Rohypnol residue found in JM's car?

That's an old picture of him from a prior C'ville or Albemarle County charge.

http://liveblog.wtop.com/Event/The_search_for_Hannah_Graham It's at this link that the forensic results prompted the new charge. Third story down, third paragraph. Take it for what it's worth.

It was an MSM tweet stating police had confirmed that forensic test results provided probable cause....going to look for it now...BRB JMO

I'm not sure I would characterize her running along along Preston Avenue as "knowing enough." She headed in the wrong direction, opposite her home. My guess is she was completely obliterated drunk. Not convinced you can interpret anything she did through a prism of rationality, since her...

I don't think negative forensic tests provide probable cause for a warrant. And there is no indication the tests were negative, anyway. Something they found, in his car or home, provided evidence that this crime was committed and committed by him. JMO

I think the original post was referring specifically to JM. And of course it's not illegal. But it might be relevant in this case, where he is the suspect in the disappearance of a young female student. As background information, it wouldn't hurt to bring it to the attention of authorities. JMO

He will be in jail as soon as he turns himself in or they find him. It was stated yesterday (sorry, it was a tweet, I don't have a link) where Chief Longo confirmed that the forensic evidence collected provided the probable cause to issue the newest warrant. JMO

Early on it was reported that police were looking at her computer and had entered her apartment in an effort to gather information. Sorry, I don't have a link. My guess is this re-visit is to ensure they got everything they needed the first go round, and now that forensics have been returned...

Unless things have changed drastically, first years do not frequent the DTM, except maybe on special occasions or with upperclassmen who have cars. It is really nowhere near grounds or Hannah's apartment, which was just off grounds (campus). Aside from grounds, the Corner, the fraternity and...

http://wvtf.org/post/charlottesville-journalist-sheds-light-jesse-matthew Journalist relates circumstances of a prior encounter with POI. I had previously noted the name of this victim in the court records of one of PIO's priors (the most serious one--the assault). Interesting.

She was drinking prior to taking off by herself. LE has said she was inebriated. She was acting strangely, running and weaving, in the surveillance videos. Do you have a reason to question this fact? Not snark, I sincerely am open to hearing all possibilities. JMO

Defamation is a false statement published by another about somebody which harms their reputation or reflects unfavorably on their character. The phrase "stepping off the face of the earth" is a dramatic way of describing the fact that nobody has seen or heard from Hannah for over a week, despite...

A wig would be a quick change. I just don't see how there could possibly quick on/quick off dreadlocks. You need to attach each one individually to the sprout of natural hair underneath, which would be time consuming. Maybe it depends on someone's definition of quick? Like 1 hour v. 4 hours...

I can't speak with absolute authority on this point, but no. JMO Even if it's a weave, those take abundant time to remove and replace.

I do not believe that you are entitled to court appointed counsel unless and until you have been arrested and charged with a crime. You are free to have your own lawyer accompany you when you are voluntarily being questioned by the police, but not on the state's dime...unless and until there is...
