    Trial - Ross Harris #8

Jumping into the conversation. First off, big thank you to all the posters. You have been keeping me up to date for the most part. I sincerely appreciate it. Speculation, but I think it is entirely possible that a federal grand jury indicted Justin Ross Harris this past week on possession...

    GUILTY GA - Natalie Henderson, 17, & Carter Davis, 17, murdered, 1 Aug 2016 #1

A new section added to above article: The Medical Examiner also released the autopsy report for Davis. The report says Carter was found wearing only shorts and had his arms extended out in a cross-like position. Both teens suffered minor burns and cuts to some of their toes. Hazelwood...

    GUILTY GA - Natalie Henderson, 17, & Carter Davis, 17, murdered, 1 Aug 2016 #1

ROSWELL,Ga. - A new report is offering insight into one of the teenagers found shot to death behind a grocery store. The autopsy report on Natalie Henderson, who was murdered along with her friend Carter Davis August 1, was released Thursday morning. It helps to explain some of what happened...

    The Grand Jury & Trial

BBM. Ms Marple, that has long been my theory on this particular case. From the method of murder, to the phone call to L about picking up his "little buddy", even to her reaction to finding out the Cooper wasn't at LAA. She knew at that point what he had done. I hope she takes the stand...

MS - Jessica Chambers, 19, found burned near her car, Panola County, 6 Dec 2014 - #1

Just a touch of first hand information....15 yrs ago my husband was burned, that included chemical burns in the mouth and throat and lungs. (work accident, not a criminal act)...anyway he was able to talk, very hoarsely, but he could talk. Later as the throat swelled due to the chemicals and...

    Premeditated Theory

Death by hot car is a passive way to kill a baby. Sadly it is not a passive way to die. Cooper suffered.

    The Grand Jury & Trial

I could see a scenario where he pleas out to LWOP to avoid having her testify against him, and thus incriminating herself. LH can be forced to testify against her husband, but if she takes the 5th, then he'll be done. If she testifies truthfully, she most likely will be incriminating herself...

    Premeditated Theory

Then why didn't RH say that to LEO, that so-n-so was suppose to have gotten him? He told LEO that in the 15 seconds he forgot his child.

Small Details that are interesting in the Cooper Harris case, #1

Was your child laying on the ground dead? And instead of trying to render aid to him/her you were on the phone. And when the LEO wanted to ask you questions about how your child died, did you tell them to shut the fu** up?

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

My apologies if this has been addressed...I do wonder if maybe someone did record the events of RH at the scene, but LEO asked for it, and being a cooperative citizen they turned it over and agreed not to put this out on Social Media, tabloid media or MSM. JMO

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

Soon after the PC hearing, I read an article (the real paper, no online, unsure if I could link it) in AJC that discussed the "child free" lifestyle. In that article it gave a list of terminology. "lil sizzlers" was one, another that stood out was PNA - post natal abortion.

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

And when a female LEO told him to get off the phone, he so charmingly said to "shut the *advertiser censored** up". So, when asked if he had called anyone, whether he made contact or not, the truthful answer would be yes.

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

Yes and no. Witnesses at the scene saw him on the phone. JRH had to have known that, he could see these people (witnesses) right? It would be a statement to say I tried to call LH, tried her cell and to find her at LAA. LEO is looking for honesty, not wishy washy versions of the truth...

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

I think I remember Stoddard says per witnesses that JRH was talking to someone during that phone call. I would have to check on that though.

    CAR SEAT discussion

BBM A baby has been baked to death, what is the appropriate punishment for the person that let that occur, intentional or not? We are talking about a baby strapped into a car seat by a "loving" parent and left to bake to death. They are absolutely helpless, yet the courts generally shrug is...

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

BBM which was per testimony is on the passenger seat, which is to the right, which he claims that he all of a sudden remembered Cooper when he looked to his right. It all defies common sense, which is why he was charged and is currently sitting in a jail cell.

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

I am amazed now and in the past on similar cases that there are people that will excuse baking your child due to "forgetting". JMHO
