    Also still don't get this: "Gerard Baden-Clay's lawyer Darren Mahony said his client would be making no comment when asked who he thought had slain his wife" Surely this would imply he is in fear of something (reprisals?) or is evading guilt?

    Pure speculation here but is there anyway they might have mobilised the force so promptly to ensure they retrieved a body quick enough to gain some forensic evidence? Ergo, they knew she had passed already. Again, this may have been mentioned before, my apologies if it has :)

    Thanks for this info Roma, could be a theory for the question i asked earlier. I bet that would get the police to move pretty quickly. As I said there seems a lot more to this than meets the eye, a few suprises yet to come I fear :(

    Only the police and god know that, but i'm guessing its of crucial importance to understanding what occured to mobilise that force so quickly

    I think thats splitting hairs a little but I think the point was that there is no point in driving there when it is right opposite/50 yards to the right :)

    I keep reading that GBC was not seen leaving the Century 21 offices yesterday after he entered around 11. The police were seen leaving however, is he in custody?
