000 calls are traceable immediately to the registered keeper of the service, the address is kept in the IPND -http://www.acma.gov.au/WEB/STANDARD/pc=PC_1754 - and available immediately. Did you miss that part of my posting where I said they would visit their address. Tracking the location of a...

"The couriermail understands" do you see that this not factual nor based on anything? The police have clearly stated this was not the case. He did send some SMS messages that evening and I have mentioned this earlier in the first thread and police know the content of these messages.

Yes, Optus store for ~7 days for example and the others are similar, they store them for technical reasons not because they're required to.

Other locals did NOT report screams. 4kms away some people heard a few screams at 10pm and it was put down to a party nearby. Meanwhile back at the Baden-Clay household neighbours heard the Baden-Clay's having an argument with no screaming. Both of these by the way are indisputable FACTS with...

If there was a call to 000 from her phone the police would go to her house as that is where the IPND would direct them to go as this was her address. They would question the husband and try to find where she was. Instead of asking me to prove something that didn't happen, how about you prove...

This has been done to death. He has NEVER said that she went for a walk at 10pm on Thursday night. He HAS said that he saw her watching TV at 10pm on Thursday night. The MEDIA MISREPORTED that in the early days, the POLICE even clarified this a number of times and said his STORY has NEVER...

If she had rung 000 they would have gone to her home, they didn't go to the home and there has been no mention of a 000 call. Why would the Remax Kenmore office have anything to do with this when the women he had the affair with doesn't work for Remax at Toowong nor at Kenmore? Remax Kenmore...

How? If there was a call to 000 there is a record of it and where it came from. If there wasn't a call to 000 there is no record of it. If he called from the home phone or his mobile on Friday how would this be matched to her possible call? Sorry but that makes absolutely no sense. The...

What conflicting story? 1) He wakes up after last having seen her at 10pm. 2) He knows that she goes for a walk ~6am each day. 3) His wife is not at home. 4) His wifes joggers are not at home. So why is it a conflicting story when it would be safe to assume that his wife went for a...

Why would they warn the public? Even if it were a murder there doesn't seem to be any motivation behind as there was no sign of rape, no cutting up of the body, no torture or anything else and there is no pattern of similar crimes so there is no need to warn the public. You're more likely to...

Wow that's a longshot that isn't backed up by anything. Sure he could be involved in children smuggling, drug distribution or something similar but so could she have been. If she was killed because of an activity like this I'm pretty sure they would have done a better job of covering it up.

No, why would he have to check in with police daily? He could have been there for a thousand reasons from the police wanting some more information, identifying something they found to having a coffee with the team investigating.

The police clearly stated she was a missing person from day 1. This was from April 20, the day she was reported missing. "Missing person, Brookfield" "Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing 43-year-old woman, Allison Baden-Clay." "Ms Baden-Clay was last seen at a...

This has been discussed many a time, the responding police had concerns for her safety on what they saw and heard when investigating and this is why the search was launched so soon.

Why do they need the phone for that? They can tell how many times he tried to call even if the phone didn't go to voicemail by looking at the call records for his landline or his mobile. Just because you don't get charged for unanswered calls doesn't mean they are not recorded for a period of time.

She put the children to bed so it's a fair bet she was still alive at that time. She sent some messages from her phone to a friend late that night so it's a fair bet she was still alive at that time. Neighbours heard an argument (around 10pm IIRC) so it's a fair bet she was still alive at that...

The petrol station is on the way from her house so why not stop on the way? And her car would be on the side of the road somewhere with no fuel not back at the house with fuel in it if this occurred. If a phone call was made to her husband there would be a record of it and no mention of this...

That area is too open, I can't see anyone dumping a body there as it would be found quickly unless he wanted it to look like a suicide however she would have to be alive without injury before she went over the side of the bridge and it's not tall enough to kill her. And if it was to be suicide...
