    He is going to be appearing in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Friday. Hoping it will be an open court so I can check it out. I know someone who works in the court so I will find out and post when I know.

    In reply to laserdisc10, I wonder if prosecution called the BCs in order to show what kind of people they are, without having to cross examine them if they turned up as defence witnesses? Juries can be sympathetic towards "innocent" people who are aggressively cross examined.

    That's what I suspected. A good old fake cry. Was it obvious that it was a fake cry? Is it possible that the jury may have seen it as being legit?
