    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#29

I suppose that no evidence to ascertain 'cause of death' could just mean that there are multiple possibilities (here's hoping) that could've resulted in death, but that it is not possible to pin point exactly what it was. I would've thought that sufficiency, to some degree, in determining ABC's...

Not convinced entirely CaseClosed, that TM would not have been aware of GBC's intentions. (I have agreed with all your posts 100% since thread 1, because you maintain a balanced and objective approach, and I still will). However, IMO, her level of perception would've alluded her to Allison's...

Yes, as MSM allude to police confidence in an arrest, with toxicology in hand.

A Last Supper, hey? I wonder who'd be there with him. Maybe Tone might drop by for a bite and something to wash it all down with- probably a couple bottles of plonk, I'd say- so I don't know if maccas would be a good choice of venue in that regard. Maybe somewhere more desolate and seedy, as...

Yes. She would've lawyered up sooner, and 'battened down the hatches' like gbc did, if she was directly involved. Seemed confident body would never be found. TM was quite amenable and willing to assist police prior to the discovery of body, without legal rep. Don't be too hasty to put TM on...

Since the police can charge/arrest a person before they submit a statement, I guess he wouldn't have to submit one until he is legally obligated to respond/plea to a charge.

WTH.Are you saying that the 'rights' of the guilty take precedence over the the victim's. That it is ok for a lawyer to conceal the whereabouts of a deceased person and thereby prevent the police from doing their job? How can you be "ethically barred" from disclosing this information to...

New to site, snooping forum since beginning of case. One point progressively nagging me,- the screams that alerted Will Truter and his neighbour to go outside their houses' and investigate,on the night abc went missing. The link for this Sunday Mail article is in the first thread, as referred to...
