    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

EBC probably reacted so badly because she knows GBC didn't move Allison's body by himself IMO. More charges to come?

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 25th June - Trial Day 10, Week 3

In summarising the agreed points today the prosecution made a point of highlighting that Gerard drew a floor plan of Toni's house. I wonder why this is significant enough that they included it among the irrefutable facts?

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 25th June - Trial Day 10, Week 3

I can't see the need for the defence to call any of their own witnesses as I think the prosecution's case is unfortunately very weak (not saying he didn't do it but there just isn't any undeniable proof). The only type of witnesses (if any) I can imagine the defence calling are professionals to...

Australia Australia - Kyle Coleman, 17, Mount Isa, QLD, 22 Feb 2014

Isn't that strange! Looking at photos of James on FB they could easily be mistaken for brothers. When Kyle first went missing James' mother had written a status asking for her "other son" to come home so it sounds like they were very close friends.

Quite the opposite in fact. Whether or not I personally think he did it, as a juror you would need to look at the facts without bias, not go in with your judgement clouded by what has been reported in the media or gossip you have heard in the street. Whether we like it or not everyone is...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #45

In the transcript of his 000 phone call GBC stated that he originally tried the "131 number". He may well have been looking this up as a lot of people don't know it off by heart, especially if they have never had to use it.

Not spontaneously, he used his phone web browser to look up the QLD police website, presumably to get a phone number.

He gave a reasonable explanation for looking it up a second time as well. With an iphone you close the web browser by pressing the home button but the next time you open the browser the last page you looked at automatically refreshes and loads again. Therefore it is completely plausible that he...

BBM. Although he appears as guilty as sin in general, this is one piece of "evidence" that I feel has been explained well enough to be discounted. He gave a very reasonable explanation for this and from an unbiased perspective (which a jury should be) it does not seem suspicious at all within...

The note at the top refers to a different number. The number 0429377160 was initially marked as unknown, but later you marked it as Gerards. Sorry, not trying to take away from what you did, just clarifying. Great job though!

The calls I have bolded are from 0429 377 160. So is this number also Gerard? Because the phone records they have for Gerard are from the number 0400 456 100. Unless I missed something?

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #44

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but something that I have been wondering about is the text Allison sent to GBC on April 18: "Having fun with your companion? Hope you're not putting any seats down in the back of snowy ???" To me this suggests she knew he was with someone, and was...

^^^BC's have a Silver Captiva not a silver CR-V^^^ People have been asking about the crashed car's number plates being obscured. Here is the unobscured photo but I still can't make it out.....254? 754?

Totally OT but in the video of the funeral what the heck do you guys think the man with the glasses is doing at around 0:06?? It looks really odd in fullscreen! http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/queensland/justice-for-allison-her-familys-vow-20120511-1ygrm.html

In light of new information, my theory is this: GBC and Mistress arrange to meet up near scout camp. GBC is running late, Allison joins the mistress to confront her. There is an altercation and Allison is accidentally killed or severely injured. GBC arrives and sees what has happened. Being...

I believe this is the google street view image an earlier poster was referring to. This car is parked behind Century 21 at Kenmore. Certainly does look like the car GBC crashed into the pole. http://i45.tinypic.com/ziqh35.jpg

That photo also clearly shows the sign stuck to the rear window people were querying earlier.
