    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#29

Hi all My query regarding the 'pair' of gloves is just that...I can't keep a pair of socks in the same place and yet there was a 'pair' found. Surely with all the rain around that time a pair would've been separated from each other? Perhaps rubber kitchen gloves used to cover someone's airways...

Hi all :) I have to go to work now until after midnight so could you please try to keep the posts down to under 50 pages??? Ha ha Asif! Oops... It's the cheeky monkey in me. Have a good night everyone :)

There definitely was spousal maintenance in the late 90's at least because I received it. Whether its still available now I don't know. Cheers

In response to the 'catepillar' debate... Honestly... He can't even drive a car without pranging it. How could he drive a Cat! Clearly it's a crawling grub they're talking about (apply that to whomever you like *wink*)

I stumbled upon my husband's affair when I was 38 weeks pregnant and he told me he was going to go through the birth with me and then tell me it was over. What a guy! Naturally... I brought MY son into the world alone.

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

May I please ask... If a murder conviction is served concurrently with an interference conviction for 15 years (approx)... What would the sentence be for manslaughter and interference? Thanks 😃

I'm wondering (tongue in cheek) if someone should tell the media he might be feeling a little 'depressed'. It's going around you know.

I keep thinking about this also and previous posts about disturbing details that will come out in trial. Could it be that the 'event' took place at the house and maybe she wasn't dead? He then left her to die at the creek or somewhere else and then went back and moved her etc, hence interference?

Update: at 10:35 am I drove past the Watchhouse on Roma Street and there were more cameras and crews than you could poke a stick at.

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

Charged, plead guilty, went to jail for 7 years and deported to the U.K. All because one of the boys (a grown man by then) couldn't live with not knowing what happened to his mum and convinced the police to reopen the case.

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

A friend of mine was in his very early teens when his mother disappeared. His father told him and his 2 younger brothers many different stories such as she had disappeared after a cyclone, died in a car crash and run off with another man. He said they always had suspicions that he killed her as...

We teach our kids about 'stranger danger' and tell them to go with their gut feeling about people. As we get older other things come into play such as maturity and trying to rationalise people's behaviour or choices because we may not be able to believe that people can do bad things when we are...

Please forgive me if this has already been addressed but I've been at work and only catching up now (page 3 of thread 8). If a car was towed you would definitely need keys in the ignition or it would lock making steering impossible.*

I agree with why he stayed away from the search. If the QPS believed he was involved in any way, they would not want him in the search in case he contaminated anything found. That evidence would then be not admissible in court.
