Jodi Arias Legal Question and Answer Thread *no discussion*

If I could ask a follow on here: would sexual assault, terrorism or kidnapping be the felony portion here?

Amanda Berry (2003), Gina deJesus (2004), & Michelle Knight (2002) found alive! #1

It has been mentioned that the woman who was there disappeared while she was sleeping. I get the impression that the RIP may be info from the source, but, could be not directly related to the unknown woman. I wonder if one of the girls (Amanda, Gina, or Michelle) made a memorial for a child...

Do you have a list of those deaths we can compare to his timeline? It is an interesting theory!

    BSL - More Victims????

I had been keeping track of location found if that is available. Not sure if it would be adding to much info or not. I was curious to see if there was a connection between where people are missing vs where people are found. Kwim? Also, LP was about 10 years older than he is. Do you think we...

    BSL - More Victims????

Thanks! If he was released outside of that would it be noted in the system? Has it ever been reported that he was part of a work release and if so where? I am finding alot of interesting missing/murdered in Louisiana that do not fit the time either. What dates are you using to do your...

I have been lurking here and searching other possible victims for the BSL SK thread. Although I did not get a chance to upload the info today, I recognized coming accross the name. :)

The woman who was said to be missing in the picture DA was later reported to be safe by her sister. <modsnip>

Somewhere in the back of my head I think there is another option...keeping the trial local and bringing jurors in from another area. I have no clue if this is something they actually do or if I am imagining it. After the day I have had, I could imagine just about anything and think it is true...

    BSL - More Victims????

Here is the link for the information on the Arson Registry. I have been trying since first posting about it on the MS thread to find a searchable equivilant and have not had any luck. ETA: http://sfm.dps.louisiana.gov/ars_registry.htm

    BSL - More Victims????

I added more to my spread sheet and will post when the kids are napping tomorrow. In the mean time, I was thinking about BSL's penchant for arson and sexual assault. Is there a searchable database with public access for either of these? I know there is an arson database, but, I do not think...

    LA - ***ARREST*** Mickey Shunick, 21, Lafayette, 19 May 2012 #39

If he was charged by a civilian court then he would go to trial in that court. The military does not have jurisdiction over the area the assault was committed. The two legal departments (civ and mil) would communicate and work out when the court Marshal and criminal trials will happen. Eta...

    BSL - More Victims????

I have been pulling from the local area starting when he was aprox 15. Past history eluded to by verified sources on the MS forum is that he had a troubled childhood...add raging hormones to the mix and I wonder what he was doing at that age.

    BSL - More Victims????

Based on his age, I think it is safe to say that Ft Polk was his first duty station. BCT is 10 weeks and AIT is 6-52 weeks. The location of his BCT and AIT would depend on his MOS. I am going to do some digging and see if I can narrow down the base options. Then see if I can piece together...

    BSL - More Victims????

Awesome! I will update what you posted and try to get it in here this evening. With you updating TX and me doing LA, we should be able to get a lot of information put together. That will make it easier to follow when people eventually migrate over here. I was thinking of adding MIssissippi...
