There is irony in that. Years ago, when she began her practice, the cry foul related to the tendency to blame the battered for causing the anger. Now, here we are again seeing the victim blamed for causing his own death.
I knew I wasn't the only. I have put my Mom's glasses on from time to time to read fine print and get a headache.
Ever notice how she lifts them when reading?
You score all the right points in the matter. Thanks for explaining and for the reminder. The pic of the closet makes it clear how undisturbed it was. If I might add, his friends say he never had a gun and no bullets found.
I think her entire plan centered around concealing her trip to AZ and...
:seeya:
Yes, she will either be in prison for life or explaining herself to her maker.
I did look it up and AZ can actually sentence her to natural life - no parole. I'm ok with her getting either. I think natural life would be the worst of the two, but then we always hear of how scared...
Yes, I do!
All this eye glass and hair thing reminds me of when the 'naughty' girls would sit in the front row at church.
And the question remains the same: Who are they fooling?
I agree. There are tons of ways for the defense to question the exhibit boiling it down to: how do we know the exact same materials were in the closet on the day she stepped on the shelf?
Opening that door will lead to days and days of back and forth. It isn't necessary to prove, considering...
Do you think it might be possible that the glasses are causing her headaches? I doubt she was taken to the eye doctor for an exam. Eye glasses are often donated to prisons.
I'm hoping there are texts or email or IM's that will tell us the 'why' to that angry outburst. We haven't hear everything and there are redacted statements and other statements and evidence that has been ruled too prejudicial. But, learning why or not, you are right - he did have a voice as to...
Thanks. I wasn't sure. In some states it is as little as 25 years. And in some of those, unless it is Life without Parole, they can be released sooner than 25 years.
AZ is 35/40 years? Is that Life without parole or is parole possible?
It's that series of angry statements that led me to conclude Jodi made up the story about Travis and the child photo. He would never have spoken to someone (like that) if that person had the power to destroy him.
As to why or what made him so angry? I doubt we will learn anything during the...
Has there been any discussion as to whether or not Jodi's boyfriend (the one that committed suicide) death investigated? How did he die and where was Jodi when it happened?
Thanks for any and all replies.
Casey is so full of it, she probably faked her own life. IMO
I never judge or evaluate anything captured by the lens when the subject is human subject and is aware. How could we possibly know anyone from a few posed images?
We are judged by what we do.
