Foxfire - Yes I agree and know that it is a felony, just had the odd feeling that because I have the same items, i didnt want to be put any where near the likes of BSL. Hence the fact I have never even killed an animal, and pray I never have to use it to defend myself.
You cant put everyone in the same bucket. I have a knife and gun in my car and on me at all times. I am a female, but this is for my protection against the BSL's out there.
I would have to think that "Advice of Rights" would be that his Miranda rights were read to him. Which would make you aware of your rights as a US citizen. Possibly if they needed to question him the future.

:jail:Yes, everyone is searched before going in. And its not just a pat down, they go through everything. But it is well worth it. Arts and crafts gallore, all made by the inmates. And the rodeo is great, just get your tickets early. They sell out quick and sittining the top rows isnt worth it.
Recruiters from each banch of the Military usually give a presentation just letting the cadets know the requirements and that the option is out there for them. Just as a recruiter going to speak to a class of High Schools seniors. Mostly informational.
