Is this anywhere near Creekside Dr, Nashville? I have a friend who lives there.

    PA PA - Ray Gricar, 59, Bellefonte, 15 April 2005 - #12

I don't put much stock in psychics, but I was intrigued by the comments of Zaccagni in this article about Carla Baron helping out early on in the investigation. He talks about a tan or brown car following Gricar on 192 on 4/15, and that this was corroborated by previously "unreleased witness...

Here is a story about how fugitive Joseph Miller left his Harrisburg life to start life anew as Roy Eubanks in Texas, living under an alias for 33 years. I guess "walk-away" worked for him...until now. http://www.pennlive.com/projects/2014/33-years-on-the-run/ Ray Gricar was no fugitive...

There is a lot! I didn't know who Gricar was until the Sandusky scandal, and in particular Gricar's 10/98 meeting with Ganter, and others involved in the 1998 investigation. Recently, I went back to the beginning Gricar thread to read the early information. I've made my way to the 8th thread. I...

Never mind. Of course, he had already announced his retirement by then. I should not post when I am sleepy!

[/B] He may have been concerned, but made the trips anyway, for some unknown reason.

Are you saying that Arnold was taking steps to run against Gricar?

I'm also wondering if Gricar could have retired in 4/2005 - did he have the required age and length of time on the job? - rather than waiting until the end of the year? Also wondering about his lunchtime naps in the weeks leading up to his disappearance - did he sleep in the office or did he...

Regarding the Women's Resource Center, my question would be why an administrator there would have knowledge of Gricar's decision making process in 1998, how that person got this knowledge, and who it was... ...and if it is a different resource center, the same questions apply.

J.J., in your blog, "Taking a Road Not Taken," you mention a CDT article. Is that article available anywhere? Also, you mention that PSU "had huge resources that might help with the case"...do you remember what they were, and if they were ever used (see footnotes 3 and 4)? Thanks! And I'm not...

I don't think there is enough evidence to say it was Gricar who tossed the laptop and/or the hard drive, or that he intended to go to Lewisburg, or that he actually made it there.

Why destroy the computer itself at all? He could have destroyed the hard drive and replaced it with a new one, and returned the whole thing to the county good as new. Destroying the computer itself only makes sense if he plans on disappearing and doesn't want the IP address traced. I'm...

My question is why PSU would hire as its new president the former president of FSU, where cover-ups of rape may have occurred to protect the football program at FSU? Why take the chance that Barron may eventually be accused of wrong-doing at FSU, adding yet another blemish to PSU's reputation...

    Sandusky (and Dorothy) Future

In a recent interview, Dottie said: "I trust my husband," she said. "That's what the world is about today. People don't trust anybody. And all these young kids, all they think about is sex." This is the most disgusting comment yet. Next she'll be saying that the children seduced Sandusky...

Joe Paterno's Family Releases It's Own Report critical of Freeh Report

Central Pennsylvania Gothic - you've got that right! I hope he will be a better politician than he was a football coach. If the John Bacon book (Fourth and Long) is to be believed, the players were not happy with him at all.

How will the BOT respond to the Freeh Report recommendations?

As a PSU alum, Myers' comments only serve to further alienate me from the 2011 BOT. I'm not a PS4RS supporter, but believe the 2011 BOT did not handle the events leading up to the scandal revelations, nor the aftermath in the proper manner. While the BOT did the right thing in removing Paterno...
