ID ID - Michael “Monkey” Vaughan, 5, last seen near home, Fruitland, 27 Jul 2021 #1 *endangered*

I live in Idaho. Yes, many of us own firearms. But the perception that a state with high firearm ownership equates to a citizenry that is too dumb to keep guns locked up and safely away from children is a faulty one. The youngest person in my house is almost 17, and has been trained in firearm...

Is this daytime? If so, I can't imagine it being anything insidious. If it's some kind of night-vision footage (do home security cameras do that?), then I'd say it looks pretty bizarre.

Thanks so much for the super fast response! I appreciate it. I definitely won't discuss things here without knowing whether it's allowed or not. The rules here can sometimes keep everything so much more appropriately focused than in other groups (not that I don't, at times, glean useful...

Am I allowed to mention here the screenshots I saw in another group which were FB comments made by an immediate relative of one of the two women which appears to explain the "bad blood" vibe? I don't want to break any group rules. It could theoretically be relevant to the case, IMHO only.

My youngest is 15, and I was wondering the same thing as you. I suppose they might see hitchhiking in movies or tv programs. Now that I think of it, I'm pretty certain my kids had probably seen it that way by the time they were 11.

I've seen a screenshot of an official document from a district she worked at which does indicate she was, in fact, a licensed teacher. But yeah...until I saw that I totally thought this same thing as you. Agreed!! I was also reminded of Mark Redwine. UGH! :(

Does anyone know if there's been any mention by LE or media that there's some kind of proof they were at the Burger King she says they were at on Sunday? Do fast food places usually have cameras recording the counter/register area or dining room, I wonder? Or, does anyone happen to know if...

Sadly, it just seems like if this was the case (being lost in nature or misadventure)...if the timeline being given is true...he absolutely would have been located, alive or otherwise, by now....no? I hope I'm mistaken about that but I was thinking he probably couldn't have gotten very far on...

Fair enough. Though...most of the men in the Mid-West, regardless of appearance, didn't also abscond with a blonde, caucasian teenage girl, on the 13th of a month, only 6 hours from Libby & Abby's murder location. JMO

My apologies. I've been trying to keep up with the threads every day, I must have missed that discussion. Sorry, everybody! Seemed curious that the event in that story occurred on the 13th, the obvious similarities in appearance, and that the location from which the event occurred is only 6...

If I know of a news story that seems "interesting", can I mention that story? So long as I don't mention any names or why it might be interesting?

Same if my husband dressed in those clothes. And we're from the west coast, he's never even been to Indiana.

All I have to say about this is that I hope I don't ever live in a country where a person can be convicted of murder based on the sunken spot of a ball cap.

Pasted from Thread #31 (these threads are moving at lightning speed), originally posted by AFTM: "My friend has COPD and she has an oxygen tether of 50 ft at home. We go to planet fitness and she can run on a tread mill and everything else. In fact she can do more squats than me." Totally...

I have an impossible time embracing the idea that RL is BG, for exactly the reasons you have stated. My dad died of COPD at 74...and my uncle-in-law also died of COPD at 81. For the last decade or so of their lives (possibly longer) any amount of exercise was almost impossible, let alone...

Based on a recent post, I wanted to ask if it's allowed here for members to mention certain SO registries? Say, for instance, one were to comment that there were some really interesting individuals in the SO registry for such-and-such county...not far from the crime location, who have similar...

I hear you. Ugh, it's so frustrating to have an image but still so little knowledge of true facial details. Still, one would think that if someone who actually *really* knew the individual well were to see it, that they would recognize him. So discouraging that it hasn't been the case yet (at...
