That problem didnt vanish.....Kortne did. How can they charge someone who hasnt been seen since the evening of that incident?

Yes, there is no longer a gas station across from the Gas Station bar. My thing is how the hell did her car get back to the apartment. Maybe Scott has decided to give.more information since this investigation is going no where. Lets hope he offers more.

If Kortne was stomping after the fiest encounter with the neighbor, wouldnt it have been the downstairs neighbor who would have heard her? Is it possible the next door neighbor would hear that? I can see loud noise and partying, but stomping im not so sure....
