Looking at the zoomed in CCTV footage on Youtube it would seem as though he had her at gunpoint. You can make out a gun like object in his hand when he is waving his arms around. Very sad knowing she was possibly alive until only a few hours prior to the suspects arrest.

I get the feeling the police have seen something on the video they did not want to release. The bit where BH disappears from one frame to the next looks like the counter on the bottom of the screen jumps around 5 seconds. I don't think much happens but I am guessing they are hiding something...

I really think she seems nervous by her mannerisms. He gets closer, she backs away and stops until there is distance between them. I know she was drinking but she seems to be fumbling with her phone, this seems more like a reaction from being nervous than alcohol.
