Snippped and bolded.
Does he? I'm curious whether everyone got that impression. I relistened to it a couple of times, starting at about 4:37 or so, and I'm not sure he "clearly" dismisses that theory.
IMO, etc.
Actually, it's a little confusing. I don't think that the quote that people are referring to, the one that references DNA, actually came from the press conference that is linked. Rather, I think it was a comment from a former police officer, made after the press conference. Hope that makes sense.
Yes, indeed, my old friend -- his time has come.
Rest peacefully, Dylan, and prayers to Elaine, Corey, Mike, and the friends and family who have supported them throughout this nightmare. They have been through hell, and have shown great dignity and courage in the face of evil.
Very respectfully, the type of questions outlined by Hatfield are fundamentals of journalism: who, what, where, when, why; I don't think that anyone is looking for a Woodward and Bernstein effort, just basic, competent reporting. It has been oddly absent in this case -- poor baby DeOrr.
JMO...
Yes. It is quite apparent that it is a partial footprint. To me, it looks like the rounded toe area of a shoe/boot with a defined tread. However, judging its size relative to the doorknob, it still appears to be that of a small shoe/boot. JMO.
Don't know how to reply to two posts, but this also includes the post re: parking truck in driveway. I would have thought that one of his companions would have been arrested that night, either for stealing the truck, or driving it without permission, though perhaps Amerit didn't want to press...
As an aside, does anyone think that the boot/shoe print from the door looks small? I'm not good at calculating comparative size (in relation to the doorknob, for example), so maybe it's just the way the photograph was taken. (?)
Okay, I just read up on Amerit's various services. I can't imagine a legitimate reason for an employee of theirs to be driving around Washington DC at night as part of a convoy accompanying an accused murderer. Even if he/she were on their way to a service call, they wouldn't be dragging along...
Frequently, as a Google search will show you. Here's one:

Respectfully, this was the post I was responding to:

Oops. I just posted that and went back to get the link. Looks like Fred and Edna did it for me!

IIRC, many people in the park spoke about how they didn't allow their little children (i.e., Jenise's age) to engage in the same activities that she did. In fact, many of them spoke of how alarmed they were.
JMO, IMO, etc.
Sorry - kind of late to weigh in on this one.
Oh me too, in terms of keeping the facts straight. And the fact is that the PCS says that although JW was concerned about Jenise missing her 2 to 4 hour check-in window (which would presumably mean a check in somewhere between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.), it also states that that concern was not acted...
My point exactly! The four o'clock sighting was mentioned in very early reports, and then pretty much disappeared, with later reports (as cited above) giving the 10 p.m. August 2nd time. The supposed 4 o'clock sighting was not included in the Probable Cause filing.

Yes, I had already added that to my post; the children were searching for her about a half an hour before the parents (again, thank God that nothing happened to either of these youngsters while they were doing this). However, this half hour still makes it almost 22 hours and 30 minutes...
