Anyone know of any examples where DNA/clothing was not involved in the case as evidence? I'm guessing that the crucial evidence was found in MB's car or at his home. Was just wondering if it's possible that DNA/clothes wasn't found.... maybe something else. Would LE have told him what evidence...
And as for the blackout theory, JMO, but if you thought you were capable of doing something like that, i'd want to be locked up. Would MB really apply to move the trial for it to be a fair one if he thought he had 'probably' done this? I don't know, i'm so confused by it all.
I know what you mean. I just can't believe they've used the word 'probably'. MB would be entirely responsible for anything that happened to AJ if he didn't deliver her straight back to her parents where she belongs. As a parent himself, surely he would feel responsible if she was alone with him...
which is what i don't get. How can anybody say "i was 'probably' responsible for her death". AJ wasn't responsible for herself at the age of 5. Anything that happened to AJ while with MB, he was entirely responsible for.
hhmmmm.....

This could be interpreted as...... a van or a 4x4 IMO...
I'd say there is definitely a lot more to this than meets the eye. You never know everything unless you're directly involved imo. To those of you who are familiar with the area and terrain, where would you bury a body rather than dispose it.
Can someone double check for me, read it earlier, MB left Parents evening around 6pm..??? IMO I don't think there was an argument at parents evening but i think he'd be acting strangely, maybe even anxious to get away.... Remember, AJ was only out late as a treat.
Did the OAP (MSM) say it was...
Anyone that knows the area.... is Mach out of the way? or is it easy to get into/out of from main routes? Specifically out of if you went through the town like the OAP said.
(i failed Geography and don't drive) :(
My interest was piqued by a recent comment here (can't remember who said it), that searchers were told my more than the press and that there is a whole lot more to this story.
Can't wait to find out!
I read this comment from a supposed searcher on another forum also. IMO if they're...
My point is, LE know there is a careful process when questioning a child. Understandable in a situation like this, You panic, the child panics. Before the LE were on the scene, this child would have been overwhelmed and scared and being asked all sorts of questions.
All other things aside for a second as they have charged MB, and i don't think where he keeps his ketchup is going to help. So AJ goes missing, MB is "in the area" and LE are "actively seeking him". But why? Can we throw some ideas as to why they'd be looking for MB in. I'm so confused. The...
Also, Detective Bevan .... When he said they'd been looking for MB, because they knew he was in the area, did they mean the school (parents evening) or the estate?

Would KG's family refer to AJ as step sibling?
