Very well explained! Your SIM card is what attaches to your account, not the physical phone. I have swapped mine out half a dozen times, same bill, 6 different phones lol. I agree that if they were scraping by there's no way they had an extra cell line "just because"

I legitimately was curious. I hate that you can't convey emotion in text haha. I think my questions come across pewpy sometimes ;) hahaha

I certainly am aware that we aren't all going to agree or perhaps read into things the same way. I realize our guts may all have a different feeling. I am also not so immature that I can't "skip over" things I disagree with, as I skip over plenty, trust me. I am asking a question about ToS...

Hi Glow :D OH man, I remember how upsetting the Laci Peterson case was *sigh* At the time we lived physically close to that area, and I had just had my daughter and it was soooo disheartening and emotional for me. I kind of wish i'd known this forum (was it even around? LOL) back then, it...

I too have wondered these things. Without alleviating his responsibility of course, and without accusing/laying fault on his parents in ANY way, shape or form, I would be curious to know what his life was like growing up. It was BRIEFLY touched on early in the forum threads, but it was a...

And I do have a legitimate question, and please bear with me, as it's not meant in a backhanded or insidious way LOL. I realize (as Salem brought out, and I appreciate) that saying things that sound accusatory toward the victims --which include family of the victim, and I believe it was stated...

*whew* all caught up, I do believe! First, I was a little anxious that I would return and Whitney's case may have been left behind for another, different case. I'm happy to see that she's not been 'forgotten' (for lack of a better word) Second, lol I see some things have not changed ;) And...

Well, one thing I think we can all agree on is that this tragedy has touched many MANY lives, and affected many people, both in the town of Gresham and around the country. I plan to follow this story as NEW EVIDENCE comes available, and will be checking in here on the thread sporadically...

Unless you are like me and wipe that baby out a few times a day so your kids don't accidently stumble on your weird searches/articles about a bunch of dead people from WS ;)

Frankly i think he stole it because he was rummaging their most private stuff--not just snooping in the medicine cabinets but straight up in their dresser drawers! I think he found it in the drawer, turned it on and THIS is why in think he took it: My husband and I have been married nearly 20...

It was in the affidavit, AH said "2 months" but I don't recall where in the papers. Edit: Correction, JH told them it seems. It's on the "Application" portion of the affidavit, pg 13.

Okay, well lol...let me just throw myself under a bus here. I graduated at the top of my class, all AP classes in high school, scholarships to college, etc. My husband (lovingly and jokingly) has a saying "Babe, you are book smart, but you are NOT street smart".... I seriously can be the...

It was in the search affidavit. He admitted to going into CH's drawers in his home and finding the iPhone and replacing the SIM card and using it. It is the phone he threw into the lake during WH's abduction/murder. CH was not aware it was missing until the LE brought it to his attention and...

just wanted to reiterate this, lol. I seriously am baffled by the whole "lets blame his religion", "Let's blame Clint", "lets blame the LE and some kind of conspiracy theory"...

Do you have a link? Also, who's the niece/bipolar person referenced? and, as that last portion you have quoted says, he could have absolutely filed for divorce, he would not have been 'shunned' he would not have been 'disfellowshipped' for it--now, for kiddy *advertiser censored*? stalking? rape? murder...

Regarding the white vehicle. I wonder if perhaps the accounting of the white vehicle isn't similar to the other vehicle mentioned where they wanted to ask the driver if they noticed anything when they were there at the same time as WH's vehicle being left there. It's a stretch, but I...

This is true. I have a few divorced friends, and some kept their married name, some went back...as stated it's a personal decision. As far as the disfellowshipping arrangement, that is for breaking God's laws, not man's. If the law broken violates God's laws, then yes, the person *may* be...

The 6:00am call was from JH's phone...the one he had in his possession and stole from CH's drawer.

I guess I'm not clear on why you are theorizing she had JH's phone at 6:00 am, 45 mins before she was out her door. And, sorry but as a (married) woman, there is no WAY that in a tragic, terror-filled state where I fear for my life, would my gut instinct be to call my employer....my first...

Why would she be calling at 6:08am from a phone in JH's possession? Edit To Add: and if she were having a window to make an emergency call for help, what would lead us to think she'd call starbucks and not CH or 911?
