I had the same thing happening to me. Turns out it was my mac. I can read it on my PC, or after I downloaded Adobe Acrobat. Then it magically all appeared.

I believe this was posted earlier tonight - but a wonderful article about Whitney and Clint and family. As tragic as this case is - this article warmed my heart to read that she had such a wonderful last night of her life on October...
It is all detailed in the 44 page search warrant affidavit. Kind of a gruesome read, but if you haven't read it - it is full of details and answers a ton of questions.

And yes it says that JH was...
Regarding the Febreeze. Perhaps it was already in her car and he figured it might work? Because I also cant see him having time to purchase it - OR be dumb enough to think it is a cleaner.
Random - but I have a bottle in my car right now. When I clean/vacuum my car I have it handy to spray down...
read the pdf last night (well as much as I could as some of my pages were blank) How disturbing to think these things could happen to sweet Whitney. Needless to say - could not sleep last night!
A bit off topic - but while reading this thread trying to catch up this morning I heard a knock on...
This may have already been posted, but article has been updated and includes a link to the affadavit pdf

Hmmm...that may have been an error on my part as I am new to posting on this site. Let me try again.

Looks like family came from all over to search. This article shows family from Brookings heard pretty quickly from Clint.
The friend of mine that knew Whitney a bit from Starbucks said her...
I remember reading the fb post early on and I wrote down her name. It has now been deleted, but her page is still up. Am I allowed to state the poster's name? (I am new and don't want to break any rules) Her initials are HD.....
EDIT: and this was her comment that has since been deleted:

This case just keeps getting weirder! I have never heard of so much evidence strewn about.
Do you think the sweater was deposited on the way to DP/Lake Roslyn (by WH) or AFTER the crime by JH?
Why would he leave so many objects all over town?

I am not sure if this has been posted yet - but a nice article from the Oregonian on how to memorialize Whitney by learning how to protect ourselves.
I am still so saddened and touched...
Nope. Never a signature. Never a pin. Never a zip code.
I pull in, roll down my window, hand my card over and they swipe and hand card back. When done they ask if I need a receipt and most times say no and am on my way.
I also have used my husbands card when he isnt even in the car...

A lot of your theory makes sense except for the 'small amount of gas' reasoning. I live in OR and it costs around $100+ to fill my truck. I have never had to sign anything using my debit - be it $5 or $105. And with JH being from Oregon as well I assume he would know that. No signatures...

From the KGW interview above - the text below the video quotes:
"Clint Heichel said he knew Jonathan Holt and his wife as neighbors and they all attended the same church, but he never thought Holt was...
This is very possible. And would make sense why people are questioning the photos and also his marriage...
I have 2 uncles that suffer(ed) from Schizophrenia. Both started showing signs and were diagnosed in their mid 20's. Prior to that age they had been seemingly normal and no different...
I also thought this same thing. WH - being so caring and nice - believed him (especially knowing Clint had jumped his motorcycle earlier) and agreed to give him a ride. (My 30 year old self would probably believe this too!!!)
OR - I was also thinking... perhaps when his 'motorcycle needed a...
Hope I am 'quoting right' - this is my first post but I have been watching this thread since the beginning. (I live in OR and heard about it early on Tuesday as a friend of mine is a customers of hers at Starbucks and posted on fb Tues eve that she was missing)
Good catch on the 8:40 - I...
