You know Lambchop, I was thinking about that too. After the foreman sent the note to JSS, J17 sent her note as well, and we don't know what she said. After JSS spoke to 2 of the 11 DP jurors, and J17, J17 started "particpating" (which could just mean she was going through the motions as a CYA)...

Well, the foreman did state that he wasn't sure about how much he could relate about J17 to JSS, as he didn't want to be removed from the jury. J17 did participate, but whether that was meaningful on her part is up for debate. JMO.

I don't know, but her last infraction in 2012 was minor. Maybe you go to solitary if you rack up a certain number of infractions within a given time frame? :dunno:
