the victims were all very close, 2 of them were childhood best friends. the killer might've had 1 person they had grudge against for whatever reason, but they could've also built up animosity towards their closest friends. i don't see how a gun or knife makes a difference in crimes of passion...

my thoughts: murder weapon(s) will never be found there was a main target, but killer went to the house to kill all 4 if the killer wasn't personally close with victims, he had an accomplice who was very close with them "i was sleeping" is never an alibi 911 caller described something LE thinks...

i don't get this either. LE says that ONE person was reported "unconscious" on the 2nd floor, but there were 2 bodies on 2nd floor (and according to E's parents in the same room). if the doors were locked, how was it determined that only 1 person was passed out? my theory is that LE is so...

no one is really cleared cleared until they have a suspect, i bet you all the people who have been "cleared" in the media are still being looked into. investigators can even publicly clear person of interest to make them comfortable and possibly slip up

and here's even more proof K and M left the food truck at 1:53. someone in the stream chat used the time command to find out local time just as K and M were about to walk away

correct, the stream went live at 9:58pm and 1:30 into the stream a worker says "it's 10, let's start". here are 3 different twitch tracking websites confirming the start time (the data is coming from twitch servers): https://twitchtracker.com/grubtruckers/streams/41494907659...

twitch timestamps are not off, twitch stream delays are 3-7 sec. i was checking out a grubtruck stream just couple of days ago and they were responding to chat messages in seconds

here's a photo from inside K's bedroom to give more context: someone can easily lurk there in the dark and look inside the rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor from the slope behind the house

why does everyone keep insisting that E went to investigate after hearing something? just because he's a dude? there's no official information about his body not being in the bed and it was said at the press conference today that everyone was attacked in their sleep

there's no camera time on the live stream, the stream data about start and end time comes from twitch servers which is 100% accurate. and i was just checking out a grubtruck stream couple of days ago, there's barely any delay responding to chat messages

i wonder why police keeps repeating that M and K got home at 1:45 while they were on a live stream leaving the food truck at 1:53? i feel like every minute is pretty important in the last hour(s) of their life here's the exact start and end time of the twitch stream (it started 9:58 pm local...

reporter even asked him directly if he's a suspect or person of interest. timestamp here (19:49): that answer clears nothing

if there are no suspects, how do they know the killer isn't the caller? that was a very weird question by the reporter btw

Here's the official statement from her sister Anne: https://sites.google.com/site/reetjurvetsonsfamilymemorial/ Her roots were in Estonia, first ever President of Estonia Konstantin Päts was her great-uncle.
