I was not fully opposed to the DP before this trial but was definitely ambivalent. I now strongly believe that Arias should receive the DP. No ambivalence.
I hope we get to the jurors' questions today. Any guesses on what the witness' demeanor will be for those questions? Will there be a lot of "I can't answer that yes or no"?
Yesterday we learned that being in jail apparently boosts one's self esteem. Perhaps we just need to round up people with self-esteem problems and send them to jail for a day or two. Then they will feel better about themselves.

My question is a spin off of this one. So far the "dildo with a heartbeat" sequence of texts/e-mails has been shown to Detective Flores and Dr. Samuels. I assume Martinez brings that up to explain why Travis called her the things he did. My question is why hasn't this sequence been entered into...
