The actual refund isn't the problem here, it's the fact that Walmart has NO record of such RETURN. She didn't return it, regardless of whatever their policies are.

I doubt it. I think it's WAY more likely that her ice cold heart DID want to save money on gas at that point, so she wouldn't have to pay CA prices when she got home.

Here's one thing that brings me some satisfaction today.... You KNOW there are going to be some questions that will piss her off royally, she'll be seething I'm sure. I get a kick out of that, and also the fact that she might be forced to answer some of them. Haha

You may feel differently at the conclusion of this trial. The reason the jury is instructed to wait, is because things are presented throughout. When JM does his rebuttal case and close, the picture may become more clear to you.

Mike Brooks is on IS today. They're recapping the trial like any other day. When MB is on, talking, it shows in the left hand corner "Live". Are we to assume that the cancellation of IS is now not happening? I thought as of today, that it would be other shows and only 2 hours of trial...

Roommate could have done laundry in the morning before work. Especially "guy" laundry, which prob consists of a pair of jeans, shirt, undies, socks LOL.. JA claims the bedding was done after sex, so after 1pm sometime.
