I don't think a civil jury will buy what they're selling any more than the criminal Jury did. They'll end up spending their entire settlement and then some and will lose in the end. I suggest they quit while they're ahead.

The Judge is being very flexible with the jurors. They can go as long as they reasonably like tonight and can deliberate tomorrow, too.

LOL. Well, the State, the family and their lawyers haven't seemed to show any concern about misleading and misinforming and making blatantly false claims. I won't lose any sleep if six new people level the playing field so justice can be done.

Yes! But it was that part of the instruction that the Judge (wrongly IMO) refused to give. This entire process has been tainted from the get go by personal and social agendas. The blatant abuse of our legal system by the State is shocking and sad. IMO
