I think he thought that 'nudged and fell out of bed' would account for her "broken teeth" if they'd ever found her remains. I think he hit her in the face/mouth with something and once disabled, strangled or used that knife.
Isn't it just after 3:00 p.m. in Mass now?
I think the debate will be between Murder 1 and Murder 2, and that may take a bit for them to come together on. I'll be satisfied with either.
Law & Crime used to have a Twitter feature that will alert you to a verdict, maybe someone here can link you to how to add it (I never used it myself).
Yes, I was quite dispirited when she said she would be doing closings, the other DA is so much more direct, organized and efficient. At least it's only 45 minutes and not half the day. Though I do expect Tipton to argue again in the morning and delay things a bit, he's just so desperate for CW...
Yes, that's what he initially told them, but at trial she was supposed to have died in bed, I can see why he isn't testifying, how would he answer that believably before the jury? He probably doubts he's quite that good of a liar.
Wasn't her blood found on the passenger-side rear wheel? I think he killed her there and then did the whole pipe through the windshield to try to cover it up.
Wasn't that the rug Ana was exercising on - that the defense kept fighting over until the prosecution took a still from it and cropped the child out before the jury could see it?
Didn't Tipton say near the end of his opening something about the jury 'hearing for themselves' from BW - I'll have to listen to his opening again (yuck) but that's what I recall.
I've never heard of 'Sudden Adult Death Syndrome', and frankly thought that once he plead to dismembering her that they'd have a better opening and 'theory' than this.
I fully agree with all your points, and also that Morrissey, as a defense attorney has had to fight her entire career to get all evidence turned over in discovery, she knows better than most that, whether exculpatory or not, prosecution cannot hide evidence. And her continued defense of what...
A lawsuit by actor Alec Baldwin alleging malicious prosecution in the 2021 fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of a Western movie has been reinstated and moved to federal court...
It was also so noticeable after her performance how calm and sniffle-free she was for the duration of the hearing; job done, message delivered and now perfectly poised and attentive.
And it seems it keeps getting lost on her family and friends who extol her virtues as a mother and grandmother...
Don't know if it's been posted before but also found the Tennessee court document page (nothing new since 7/1/25):

A commenter on a YT channel says it'll resume Nov. 19, 20 and 21st and Court TV will be filming it. Can't find anything else with dates so will keep an eye on it.
I just saw a video on YouTube (search "By The Mailbox: The Jeep Controversy..." as I don't know if that channel is approved here) with a theory about Higgin's Jeep and the differing testimony about it. The implication completely eluded me but I am very onboard with the theory, it makes so much...
