Is it correct or not the same ex who as drinking nearby was also in her condo the weekend Jennifer was away with Rob?
Someone, somewhere has all the answers. He may as well be the invisible man.
That settles it for me. It was a morning abduction.
'Juliet's' report comes across as a truthful account of what she and her husband saw that morning.
What happened after that is the great and disturbing mystery.
(except for the POI or perpetrator parking the car at HOTG.)
Were the phones...
Hmmmm, too many people with keys. I wouldn't like people wandering around with keys to my residence. So where was Jennifer taken.
Inside her condo?
Outside her condo?
At her car?
Inside her car?
Outside a night club?
Or someplace else?
Who had keys (other than owners) for the apartments at Mosaic?
Who had access to those keys?
Who could have had copies made of those keys?
IIRC those apartments were originally named Tradition? Naturally all the locks would have been changed?
Some people believe whatever happened took place in the Windermere area. To put it another way, that's where it ended. IDK whether this is true or not.

I still think it was a morning abduction. Jennifer had a drive of almost 3 and half hours to get back to Orlando then worked all day.
Then she spent a long time talking on the phone to various people.
Twenty four year olds still get tired. That's why they sleep just like the rest of us.
Lots...
The cell phone data is yet another mystery. Many years ago someone published information on those pings and where they finished but it's the same old thorny problem. How much credence can be put on this info. And speaking of thorns:
No crime scene.
No physical evidence.
No witnesses.
No body...
We need to keep in mind detective Wright had access to more information than any of us or even Mr Kesse. Especially the 80 pages of case files that rightfully have been held back. We can be sure suspects names are in those 80 pages.
I lean toward a morning abduction because it makes more sense...
I come back to this interview of Detective Joel Wright who was on this case 2006-2010. From The Search For Jennifer Kesse.
He thinks the POI either worked or lived at Mosaic and had observed Jennifers movement and routine for a period of time.
Detective Joel Wright:
'I think she was abducted...
Does anyone know if any of the people from Jennifers workplace made any public comment on her disappearance? Especially anyone who was in close contact with on a daily basis. It must have come as a shock.
Is it possible they were advised not to offer any opinion.
I would expect if a fellow...
The JH angle just doesn't work for me. Many years ago he was discussed at length but discarded as a suspect. Personally, I can see why he attracts interest though.
I think the answer lies in Jennifer's work place.
The timing is a clue. This happened the first day back from a weekend away with...
Have LE talked to the perpetrator? IMO it's better than fifty/fifty they have.
How far has the technology of video enhancement advanced since the last attempt on the images of the POI were made?
The POI was very lucky indeed.
The question is, where was he coming from to drop the car at HOTG.
I'm certain Sgt Ring said at the beginning of this investigation ' this is as close to a vanishing as I've seen.' He nailed that one.
From the introduction to Discovery ID's Disappeared.
'When a person disappears without a trace often the most critical information is hidden in their actions and words from the days before they vanished.' So, where's the clue in this case? There just has to be one.
What topics were covered in...
I was thinking about what we know for certain about this mystery.
1 Jennifer Kesse failed to arrive at work on the morning of 24th January 2006.
2 Someone parked her car at HOTG apartments around noon that same day.
After that it appears to be anyone's guess.
This is frustrating beyond belief.
Somewhere out there a murderer walks free. Seventeen years of undeserved freedom and counting.
If LE had any worthwhile evidence this case would have been solved years ago.
If the person parking Jennfer's car isn't the perpetrator, who is it?
Most people (but not all) are murdered by someone...
I'd appreciate some thoughts on what I've listed here. Firstly, in a crime such as this, at the very start of the investigation everyone is a suspect, right? LE start with those closest to Jennifer and work their way out from there.
When Jennifer left for her weekend away a group stayed in her...
