There's a little bit of truth in all of his lies I would think. Loud music to cover up the sounds - the discharging of the two bullets into the air were likely the two bullets that took out his victims. Talk of stalking, always painting his car, cruelty to animals and his wife, the cold and...
His "I've painted my car many times - it was just normal" spoke volumes to me. I'm not a car buff but I would say it's extremely unusual to paint your own car with a tin of paint and a roller. Avoiding detection I'd say. I wonder how many times he painted is car? And when?
He often uses the...
There is no typical time for drug induced psychosis symptoms to wear off can be hours or months. First episode drug induced psychosis tends to be a lot shorter. Not uncommon for the hallucinations and delusions to get worse during the comedown as well.
Given the evidence re: drug use (reportedly cocaine and God knows what the cocaine was cut with) I wouldn't be so quick to rule out a drug induced psychosis. I am aware that MDMA can cause psychosis too. No excuse. Just a thought.
To be honest, the guy with the airhorn is an absolute peanut - trying to get his 15 minutes of fame. I can understand anger management guy's frustration.
All we have is speculation?? With what we know the most likely explanation is DV gone too far. My gut feeling is strangulation as he seems to have form with that (she says he grabbed her around the chin/throat) - the other explamation is that he is a homicidal maniac who has planned GP's murder...
Like many here, I keep going back to that bodycam footage. A number of things stand out to me:
BL:
- his demeanour at the start of the footage - tentative and apologetic, concerned at what GP has revealed about his conduct. He kind of mutters "sorry about that" - a very strange guy is my gut...
Guilty verdict - life sentence - will be out in 20 years. Jury took 12 hours to deliberate and must have reached the conclusion they jointly jumped the victim. Can't see Dyball's ending any other way.
I would respectfully beg to differ - ashley would 100% be more likely to strangle Sam given his military background and killer instinct - most people in boscaino's shoes would panic and get the body inside out of view - the axe would have been to make sure he was dead - it would take someone...
I'm still thinking this may have been an insurance job with ST in on it - i call seeing some very chummy body language at the end of one of the CCTV clips - almost "high five" type stuff
More like a come-down shot - I have heard an ice come-down is like a hangover x 100 - he wouldn't of been a mood to take any of ST's excuses and buying for times - IMO -
That video seemed strange - could it have been a pre-arranged insurance scam scenario? Whole thing seemed too tidy - ST reportedly not worried despite being held up at gunpoint - this hadn't occurred to me but I wonder?
I thought the tomahawk was purchased from Bunnings three days after the alleged murder took place? I still think the two accused ran out of patience and he was given a hiding at the Bald Hills address - probably by both RB and AD - this went too far and Sam died from his injuries - will stand...
Chose not to?? The other thing I wonder is whether Sam was taking RB and AD's customers - "if you want some g give sam a c" - and they were infuriated to see him doing so well outwardly anyway. I'm also wondering if there is a Mafia connection here - might seem a bit out there - but they are...
The clues were there - the "childcare worker" narrative was designed to elicit support from the public - I thought Sam looked a bit emaciated in the CCTV apartment footage so I'm guessing he was a drug user as well?I don't think he would have put up much of a fight if confronted - IMO - if only...
I don't think anything has been proven as fact yet Karinna - all just hearsay and rumour - it has been deduced that Sam was dealing drugs due to his acquisition of luxury items without a regular well-paying job. He also alludes to drug deals on his FB page. We don't know anything about RB atm...
