GUILTY AZ - Dale Harrell, 34, beaten to death, Gilbert, 14 Jan 2009 #1

Doesn't look like there will be a live stream.

    SIDEBAR #21- Arias/Alexander forum

It's not so much a convicted murderer for me to trust the cellmate's words, but that Arias is a proven pathological liar. I have been around people with mental issues, they have been open and honest when I've talked to them.

I like this show. The narrarator can be pretty snarky at times. It is pretty straight forward, there's no official interviewer like Dateline has.

Is this the cellmate that was fighting with her and she claimed self-defense?

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #6

Honestly, I would consider breaking the law higher on my "get rid of the guy" list than *advertiser censored* but that's just me. I still tease my husband and ask where's his *advertiser censored* stash on his computer. As far as I know, he doesn't have one.

She forgave him for a lot of things. Early into their marriage he went to jail for fraud and she stayed. I think the *advertiser censored* has something to do with their religion. It might not seem a big deal for some but others it's a big taboo.

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #3

Nitpicking at exact phone times, whether it was two minutes or seven.. if I was on this jury I would be irritated.

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #1

There are many reasons. He wanted sympathy from everyone, he wanted to make sure to give the impression to everyone that he was too weak to lift Michele out of the bathtub (which is why he was sending his daughter out for neighbors to assist him). Sometimes when people like him commit crimes...

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #1

If I remember correctly, they stole the name from one of his adopted kids (identify theft). He took her back to the country she was born in and left her there. He took her passport and she had to enter that country's foster care. I think he figured he could use her social security number and...

GUILTY FL - 'Hiccup Girl' Jennifer Mee charged in murder of Shannon Griffin

Very nice.. he agreed with the wording the judge made to the jury, then motioned for a mistrial based on what she said to the jury. He made Nurmi proud today.

GUILTY FL - 'Hiccup Girl' Jennifer Mee charged in murder of Shannon Griffin

The first question was clarification of "abiding conviction of guilt." The second question is that should the statute be taken literally that Ms. Mee is a principal or is it principle? in the robbery. The judge is saying that the law should be taken literally. The problem I think the jury is...

GUILTY FL - 'Hiccup Girl' Jennifer Mee charged in murder of Shannon Griffin

They asked about a legal definition, which the judge says that there will be no further explanation other than what's been given to them. The foreman also said as they made their way out that they might have another question so stand by.

I liked him but he was over the top on his closing arguments. I saw him interviewed after the sentencing on HLN. Honest man, he believes murder charges will never be brought against AS. No prosecutor is perfect; I thought Juan Martinez's style is different in a way that shows that he cares...

The only problem with that, is that you can never delete something off the internet. Anything she's said on Twitter can be brought back. I wonder if her "savvy" lawyers know this.
