I have not been home all day, and just now able to get to the trial and the computer. Husband has filled me in on a little (he's addicted to the trial too), but I wanted to give a shout out and a big thank you for those of you who are posting recaps! Really sounds like the jury is thinking like we are thinking for the most part!!! Woo hoo!!

Travis had more money than she did, goes to show he was not into her, as he let her pay her own way because she probably invited/inserted herself on all those trips anyway.

I don't like the questions because it sounds to me like the Jury is trying to make sense out of her stories.

To me, that means they have not completely discounted her stories.

I think they are great questions especially since they have not spoken to each other and do not know what everyone else thinks. These questions show that they seem to be all on the same wavelength. They now know it.

The glasses thing doesn't really bother me. The sight changes so gradually, it's entirely possible she didn't know without regular eye exams.

It's like hearing. You don't realize you're not hearing well until you do.

She's a dam liar , if she got her license in CA and her vision was all that bad, she would not have passed the test, and corrective lenses would have been required to drive as would be specified on he CDL.

Yes if she couldn't see 6 feet in front of her without glasses, her eyes did not deteriorate that quickly since her DMV eye test I would think. It takes a long time for that kind of near sighted vision loss.

I'm confused. She says a conference was held in March, not in April as some guy claims. This was regarding her hair color. But, I found this:

I was surprised the judge did not ask her to clear up the confusion on that answer. It didn't make sense.

I think we are still only seeing glimpses of the depths of her obsession about cheating men .. she called them 'transgressors' in her journal which sounds really demented if you ask me. It's like she was some kind of zealot about it while ignoring her own actions ..

I'm just saying a juror asked about the book of Mormon and if there is a Mormon juror, they may have less respect for Travis because of his actions.

One of my fave questions was who paid for the trips they took together and her saying in the middle of a bunch of BS was that she would lend Travis money and he woould pay her back (or something like that):floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

HE made a ton of money and she lived in small messy room at her Grandparents house and rented a room in Mesa and she drifted from waitress job to waitress job and couldn't make it at PP and only made 1,700 in one year there.

She lent him money my a$$ :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

She must have flown on a magic carpet to get where she was going.
Maybe the money she paid for trips and loaned Travis was monopoly money.
If she borrowed money from Travis to go on trips she would work it off cleaning his house--Must have made $50 an hr cleaning his house.
All this on a part time waitress job--I'm going to become a waitress instead of working in heavy construction because I cant do that on what I make andit's one hell of a lot more than she ever made.
