Well it certainly raised the question of whether or not Momma was drinking that night didn't it?

I am sure LE knows the answer to this and IMO that is all who needs to know. There could very well be a full box of wine sitting on the counter. I am also sure if she over indulged that night they would have easily been able to tell at first glance at 4am.
