It is chilling. I get nervous over getting a speeding ticket and here she is talking with homocide detectives/FBI for heaven's sake. Utterly bizarre. She must be a true sociopath because that would rattle anyone, innocent or guilty.

I thought about this, too....I wonder if maybe because KC had been personally involved with several police officers (GA, AR, JG), that perhaps she has an easier time putting their authority status out of her mind, she can easily humanize them-I dunno.
I have begun to notice a pattern of "tells" that KC uses when she is lying-She clings onto others (My mom even said...My dad even said...I even told Jose...), then she adds too much detail, then she trails off her sentences or says something that does not form a coherent sentence. She constantly preens herself, a compulsive thing, I think, which serves to soothe her ego and sort of re-establishes the connection between her flesh and the thoughts of the person inside. Maybe to regain a sense of "order" after the lies have begun to scramble and make her feel desheveled.

It appeared there was a back and forth fencing game of words going on. Lots of doubleantandre (sp) words being spoken back and forth. kC was the won who agreed or suggested she would go to the station and answer questions. The corporale let her know by way of story telling he would alwayys follow the law and use all means legal to do so. KC was letting him know right then with her story telling of mom's videotaping being so wrong, "but it's the law," "giggle,giggle". Then she asked about the camers, mentioned the audio taping, letting the agent know she was thinking and saying in her own round about way that she wasn't going to talk. KC seemed proud to take them down another hall to nowhere, staying toe to toe, neck to neck with the agent. The poor guy could only talk at her because he wasn't allowed to ask questions or intimidate and KC was well aware of that. KC seemed to be enjoying the dualing, chess game of words. KC never intended on talking with them. Have you everseen anyone so enjoying the thrill of defeat as when her attorney stated she envoking the fifth? I spent a good part of my day trying to write out a more comprehinsive look at the Mother to Father relationship and sibling to sibling pertaining to the way this family tends to react to things rather than respond to moments in their lives. After watching the video again you can just see how selfishly evil this girl has always reacted to life rather than respond. Look at her now appearing much less cocky confident in the courtroom of law. She may never speak a truth again in life leading her to life on death row, but we will see only a small glimpse of the girl in this NG video by the time she is conviicted. Sociopath or what ever your most favorite diagnosis, is her disorder contains the same type of evil as men with no souls that have mudered over the centuries.

All of those "evens" are amazing - thank you for noticing them! They sure do fit in with the alleged statement of "they haven't even found her clothes yet".

I was especially interested in her exchange with the officer in discussing the Grand Jury hearing. She insists it's suppose to be "secret." That the fact the GJ was meeting and who was subpoenaed to appear, according to her, is supposed to be secret but it was announced a week before.
She is trying to accuse the law of abusing her rights. But, surprise Casey! It's the proceedings of the Grand Jury, what went on during the hearing, that is secret.
She also makes the accusation that authorities have tried to trick her into making a confession.
It's amazing to me that she's in there being coy and trying to point the finger at LE but she's not mad or angry about it, doesn't appear to be upset, no voice raised, no emotion whatever from her.
There is nothing smart or clever about Casey. She is twisted and her personality disorders are going to get her convicted as sure as the evidence.

I'm telling you it's just CLASSIC sociopathic behavior.

I know someone just like that quite well. Never will she seem out of control in front of an authority figure or people she thinks she must impress. I saw this person show up in front of a judge for hearing without an attorney and although admonished by said judge, she just sat there agreeing, and seeming so calm and cool and as though the judge was just counseling her and she was so appreciative. She primps and tries to speak as though very well educated and when one lie doesn't work, she simply goes to the next one. You can catch her red-handed in a lie and she doesn't seem as though she's been caught at all - there will be another lie or you just simply "misunderstood".

Ever since this case, I keep seeing the similarities and it's creepy.

It makes one crazy trying to deal with these people and believe me the cops have had their fill of Casey and her crazy making. They've seen it before.

Yes, I can see her complaining along w/ JB and Cindy before her arrest that the GJ was supposed to be secret, LE, the state are the bad guys and they are cheating just to "get her". Her statement that she doesn't care if they have "a bucket full of evidence", she knows Caylee is still alive, was just more of her bluffing the guys in charge. She must really think that she can play w/ the big boys, or she must have thought it back then. I wonder if she feels the same today.

What stuns me is the fact that she has just been indicted by a Grand Jury for 1st Degree Murder of her own child, was just being pursued by car by media and police, knows without a doubt she is on her way back to incarceration, is again being questioned by police and being read her rights...

and, SHE IS STILL CALM, COOL AND COLLECTED! I know I would be a sobbing, inconsolable mess- whether I was guilty or innocent.
This chick must have ice water in her veins, instead of blood.

The Detective interviewing her seems more shook up than she does. He even mentions the hot Florida sun, as causing him discomfort.

Yet, nothing seems to faze her a sociopathic bit.

My opinion only, of course.

She is not very smart and does not do well with the english language.

Parsing any statements made by any of the Anthony's are very liable to lead no where. She sounded like she was repeating what her lawyer told her. Trying to sound as though she was in control of the situation. However, the clothes fidgiting (sp?)and hair arranging says just the opposite. She is a scared 22 year old trying to sound grownup. She is not. JMHO

She is a dichotomy. I think she is definitely calm. cool, and collected. She doesn't feel for anything or anyone except HERSELF The only time she is self concious is when she is being judged by public opinion, which has been ingrained in her by her mother. Perception is paramount to Cindy!...Apple & the Tree...... JMO.

I watched the video on NG last night for the first time (except of bits and snips), and I thought the FBI guy was sent in because he was good looking (IMHO). It was so obvious to me that KC thinks she "wows" any guy she is talking to with her "charm and good looks". She is used to getting her way.
I was also suprised that (the way I took it anyway) LE tried to convey to her that they had, in fact, tried to put together a meeting with KC and her clown lawyer, but that Baez rejected it everytime. So obvious that he is represent KC for his own benefit, not the other way around.
It was also obvious to me that KC is a sociopath. Her affect is the same as BTK killer that I watched earlier on JVM. Flat, no emotion. The only thing she has added is her smiling, coyish, eyelash batting crap because it has gotten her whatever she wanted before.
She makes me sick.

I go back and forth with who's leading who. I wonder why the officers were so casual with her, was it a tactic to video her demenor? To show that nothing was fazing her? Not a tear, not a wobble or stumble at any time from her. And she explains it away with the "I've been preparing myself" talk.

I'm a layman answering a question that one of our legal experts should be answering, but in case they aren't around...Casey was represented by an attorney at that time, so I don't think the officers could legally "question" her about anything whatsoever without JB's presence. Instead, they seemed to be hoping she'd volunteer some morsel of new info if they just chatted with her and nudged her in the right direction.

If it were me, and this is just me mind you, and my beloved child were missing and I KNEW that I did not have anything to do with it and had been indicted? I would be begging, crying, pleading with them to please find my baby. Please help me find my baby. Please, I will do anything you want, but please help me find my baby. Someone has my baby...and on and on. I would be in tears, I would be near a nervous break from my child being apart from me and from not knowing under what circumstances my child was being kept or what was happening to my child. I would jump in line for the lie detector, I would tell my clown of a lawyer that he is crazy-MY BABY IS MISSING and someone has to do something to find her! I would have to be sedated on a daily basis.

I would not be this flirty, calm, coy girl that we see in Casey Anthony. Where is the emotion that any normal parent feels for their own CHILD? Where is the anguish? Where is the LOVE? To me, she appears as if she is discussing a piece of toast or paving a driveway with them rather than her MISSING BABY!!! Something is seriously wrong with Casey-something important is missing from inside of her-I think many of us refer to it as a SOUL!

I have noticed that all of the A's talk in round-a-bout ways. They try to structure their sentences to sound as though they are very intelligent, but half of the time, nothing they say makes any sense or fits with the conversation going on. They all do this, and in my opinion, it just makes them look unintelligent.
