The International Astronomical Union, today, made another startling announcement. In 2006, the Union determined that Pluto was no longer a planet. Pluto's demotion was the result of it's failure to meet the 3rd of 3 new planet status requirements.

1. A planet must orbit a star.
2. A planet must be spherical in shape.
3. A planet must clear out it's neighborhood of orbital debris.

Today, the Union announced that due to failure to meet the 3rd requirement, Uranus will also lose it's "planet status". The Union's concern was the overly close promixity of sub-planet Imaliar.

HAHA!! If Uranus moves any closer to Imaliar, it will not only become part of the Stasis Sector, it will leave a wormhole, pulling into its gravitational pull the lesser planets of Conshtruous and Phrustraturn.

Chilly, I don't like to disagree with you cause you always get back at me with a zinger...but....(to make a name for himself)....from all I have read about John Morgan he has made his name for years now. Not like a youngster with no reputation yet. Maybe you meant Baez...

You are so right. I moved to Orlando in '98 and IIRC his ads were all over even back then. He's no newbie, very well-known down there, and IMO does not need to make a name for himself.

Ya know, I'm kind of feeling sorry for the family. It can't be easy being the sole inhabitants of that planet (metaphorically speaking). How isolating this must be for them! Seriously!! I know it's of their doing, but still. Why? And, how does this behavior serve Caylee?

I don't think LA's attorney did such a terrible job for him in the deposition yesterday, apart from the biggy of not preparing him to be a very good witness. His behavior was bizarre and he was evasive, to say the least. Maybe he isn't preparable. Maybe Mr. Morgan was correct that they expected/planned to walk out without Lee's being deposed because they were pretty sure the media wouldn't be excluded. Morgan bases this on the fact that Luka had a court appearance at 10:30, but who knows.

No doubt Morgan has mixed motives, but if the claim is not wholly frivolous, which the court hasn't found, it doesn't matter. Relevancy doesn't govern the scope of questions allowable in a discovery deposition, and LA's lawyer would have been wrong to instruct him not to answer questions for reasons the law doesn't allow. There is no Anthony exception to the rules. All it would get LA and his attorney is sanctions, maybe having to pay attorney's fees to ZG's attorney for time wasted, a return visit to answer anyway, and maybe a contempt citation eventually.

O/T I know, but I wonder if George, Cindy and Lee have ever sat down..just the 3 of them and had an 'HONEST', private (I know, I shouldn't use that 'word' and the A's in the same sentence )) conversation about what they truly believe happened. I just wonder....

I think they would have had to, but then when you see them speak about KC's guilt/innocence they say these things with a straight face, like they really believe what they are saying. I guess it's possible to lie with a straight face if you have enough practice, but it still baffles me how they can say things like "I believe everything my sister has said" and not crack a smile. Especially when sitting in front of cameras, a room full of people. He's pretty good at deception, and it's not too difficult to see where it comes from. I had higher hopes for Lee, but not anymore.

It doesn't. When Mark Nejame walked away from them it was for a reason. They turned their back on any justice for Caylee and instead expelled all of their energy building a fortress around Casey. Surrounding themselves with charlatans and keeping up the pretense that Caylee was still alive only served to protect Casey. Everything they have done has been for Casey. Caylee was nothing but an adornment at the memorial, Casey's memorial.
