Nothing was proven- people shared their own opinions, that's it! You have a right to yours.

Huh??! You said professional ones..plural. The poker costume ones are obviously not professional, and you think those are *advertiser censored*?? It's a Halloween costume. And the other picture had not been proven to be her.

Just a guess but... the penis in the picture may have something to do with the reason she felt it was *advertiser censored*. That's usually how such things work, no? :waitasec:

Picture #59 in the old batch of photos is one. It shows Casey and Lauren in the same shirts and braids (in Lauren's case) as pictures #72-4. The shirts are tank tops with home-made lettering "Beer Wench". Pictures #75-6 are of two guys wearing sombreros and matching shirts at the same party. Casey is holding Caylee in picture #59. I don't know how to describe Caylee's expression.

I agree that IF he was denied access to his client it should be investigated. JB is making allegations and we don't know the time line of events, jail protocol regarding medical assistance, etc.

Okay...I didn't get to watch the Motion Hearing today, but I did read the first 18 pages of this thread. TY to all posters for the details!

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but my question is: On Dec 11th there was not proof that the remains were Caylee's. Therefore, why did KC react the way she did?

KC did not react that way when LP was searching. If I recall correctly, KC did not even watch the coverage of LP searching. To me, this is VERY telling. It tells me that KC knew the remains were Caylee's (because KC put Caylee there). JMO

and again...why would anyone believe kc??????? Asking for my atty would be the last thing on my mind at that point---this is just absurd!!! I do think jb is trying to posture a lawsuit against LE.....AND please tell me why would one wait this long to dispose those in the jail if this "injustice" occured???? Why isn't he disposing witnesses???? What does he do besides appear on camera to play "atty"??????:angel::twocents::waitasec:
 
Watched the hearing videos last night because I was with a sick (but still precious) grandson yesterday. As my Daddy would say....oh brother!! Poor JB, but performance does provide some insight as to why the lengthy visitations with KC. Bet she even has trouble hanging on every word. And, maybe his coaching session provided KC with some strength to turn around to see her beloved parents LOL. I can just hear him, 'now KC, remember we have cameras and the people want to see you smile to your parents, just pretend you are still a loving daughter'. Final thought on yesterday's hearing - a great testimony for before (jail) and after (jail) hair.

I'm thinking "Nothing to see here, just move along...." But, maybe that's the intent? If we've already seen the worst, then there are no surprises and JB has gotten the upper hand and painted Casey as a victim of the unscrupulous media. I really don't think he's smart enough, though. (I'll bet there are some scary pics. There are too many photos unaccounted for.)

I believe the photos that were uploaded to news sites last night are photos that WS'ers have already seen. (The ones that were in an account that was obviously KC's.) However, I don't think that is all the photos. JB said many times that there were several different photobucket accounts. I believe there are photobucket accounts that we were unaware of, and thus, many "images" that we have not seen.

I just finished watching the hearing. Near the end, JB began stacking up his folders and getting out his briefcase in a manner that appeared very disrespectful to the judge. I mean, the judge was still speaking! Show some respect JB! -- Did anyone else feel that way?

The link I sent you last night I had to do some sleuthing on topix last night to find. I don't save links like that to my computer, because I share it with my 13 year old son.

Anyways, month's ago when the topic came up, people pm'd me links and I hunted some down through the topix board. One of those links had three (or more?) *advertiser censored* pics of Casey and a couple of poker costume pics. Now I wish I still had those links.

I'm thinking the OS was mistaken in thinking they already had the pics and missed the point that the pics JB was talking about were on a private account and not seen by anyone yet.

The OS hadn't released all their pictures yet. But they were public and we had seen them from almost at the beginning of the case.

Now if the pics released by the OS yesterday were what JB was arguing about....What a waste...a huge waste!

I need to go back to the NG thread, didn't her show discuss last night that the pics in question are pornographic?

Does my post even make sense? My brain is on information overload from this case.
