I'm sure she knew she didn't walk with her class but that doesn't mean that she didn't graduate. I just means she didn't walk at the ceremony. Some choose not to walk for no reason other than not wanting to, other's may have to do summer school to finish (missing credits due to failure, attendance or simply an incomplete. I know that RP says that he thought she didn't walk but made up the credit and did graduate from what CA lead him to believe. However CA told AD that she didn't graduate. I don't think that she actually did, but I could be wrong. Did she or didn't she graduate?

Lee also tells TonE on the tape for LE that KC did not graduate. I believe it was in reference to KC going to college. Lee said she didn't ever graduate high school. He made it sound as if she did not graduate at all, not just with her class.

snipped

Here it states that she graduated but was not able to walk with her class as she graduated after them.

Thanks! I knew LE checked into KC having graduated. My big ? is---> Why have we read/heard from several peeps that KC did not graduate? CA/GA/LA/ANNIE. Those closest to her are saying she didn't finish. I just don't get it. Could LE have been mistaken?

And you'd think he would know what really happened!

First post, so Hi everyone!

I just wanted to chime in on why Annie would pull away from hearing anything Casey might tell her. By the time Casey had got out on bail all the lies she told the LE would be public. Now you are going to see a girl (she ain't no lady and she is immature for all that she had a child) who is a known liar. Would you want to be pulled in as a "witness" to what Casey told you was the truth? "Well she told me blah! and I believe her." So Casey "confides" to Annie (to steal from another thread (SODDI)) that the father did it and she is only telling her because she trusts her. The LE come to you afterwards and say what did she tell you? You tell the LE the lie Casey told you, did it help? Are the words more believable coming from you than from her? Think why the family didn't bother going with the park kidnapping story to the police. "Ok that one is even too far fetched for us"

This was someone that was being charged with stealing from her current best friend. Yep, I'd want to hear something that you might use me for later. Suuuure, how about we talk about my boyfriend trouble? OK. I trust you about as far as I can throw you but because we were close I want to give you the benefit of the doubt and say that I believe what you said about the nanny ... wait stop, no don't say anything lets just go with that OK. How about this great movie.

Sure she may have been curious and started to ask about the chloroform but realized in this case curiosity could kill the cat. I think in her shoes, at her age I may have done the same thing. Annie was in a hard place, which I think CA pulled her into, so she might be able to get something out of Casey.

Q But she never talked about a puppy or anything
7 like that that you heard, puppy belonging to Zanny?
8 A No, no. I mean, they have their own dogs,
9 but --

Annie made reference the A's have their own dogs...... Remember the little dogs they have???? We saw them carrying them out to a vehicle in one of the videos released when they were leaving......:woohoo:
Yes, one of the dog's names was Tinker.

Hello, and welcome.

I think AD was in a difficult place at first also. She had been close to KC and during the time she had visited and spent the night with her was the time that Caylee was missing. She testified that she thought that "someone" had Caylee. I'm sure that now that the truth of everything is out, she feels differently. I think she was hesitant to state on record how she feels and what she has heard from her friends so that she will not implicate or drag any of her friends into anything. This girl is young, and has been fooled by manipulators(s)...KC, CA and GA. They're good at manipulating, and any of us can be fooled especially at a young age when we're hanging out with a large core group of friends.

KC wasn't going to tell her anything, and she knew she could trust having AD over because she knew that AD wouldn't pressure her to talk (like Christina tried to on the phone). I believe AD testimony and think she was honest with what she said. She contradicted ALOT of what CA testified to.

I think that is is correct that she did in fact graduate if the code that corresponds means graduated. It also states withdrawn which means what? LE states that she PROBABLY went to summer school. Do we know that she attend summer school as fact? Doesn't really matter if she did or didn't graduate but it is curious as to why so many people including her parents have conflicting statements.

Didn't know which one of you to quote (LOL) so took yours---am trying to weigh all this---

1.Why did Annie even go over to KC's house---just knowing there are protesters outside at all times? That would keep me away.

2. Why did she send all those questions to Toni?

Wouldn't it have been brilliant for LE to wire her up, like they did Tony? I don't believe they did, just wishin and hopin and thinkin and prayin. LOL

I think the main thing that happened during Annie's visit is Cindy and Casey tried to plant the idea in her mind that Jesse did this. To some extent, it seems to have worked.

I wondered why she went over there at first also, but she stated that she told CA that she was going through a rough time and wished that she had KC to talk to (evidently they had been very close), and CA said that she could take her to her, and open the car door for her and she got in and CA and GA took her to their house to see KC. She probably felt somewhat pressured, I don't know. She had been helping the A's with t-shirts while KC was in jail. As far as spending the night with her - I don't know. I would not have done that. That was wierd to me. I guess they had been really close, but still, it just seems wierd.

I don't remember anything about the question to Toni. Did AD send questions to Toni? Refresh my memory on that.

I will borrow your dream for awhile if you don't mind. I could live with that. Thank You for throwing me a life line. :blowkiss:

Annie definitely didn't ramble on. Many of her answers were brief and to the point and as soon as she realized the question was answered she would just stop. I think that was done intentionally.

To me, her answer about what her and KC discussed seemed rehearsed. She narrowed the entire conversation down to three things of importance pertaining to the case and then when asked about it again she says "no, it was only those three things" and quickly summarizes them again. Plus it's strange because of the look on her face and the eagerness to blow that question off. She had trouble recalling some basic events previous to the KC question but, she didn't even pause when answering that one.

I don't think she necessarily lied about anything, I just think she may have left some things out.

Here ya go:

Actually, she DID want to know. See page 2645, Annie"s attempted communication with Tony. It appears that he may not have answered her and forwarded her emails to LE instead. http://www.wesh.com/download/2008/1126/18155618.pdf

ITA with you -- I think she know a lot more and that Morgan and LE know that she knows and are quite deliberately not asking for more at this point. But I feel like the insinuation is there, and the defense will surely know it.
OMG the first time I read this link.
And while you are correct that if she asked Tony whom she did not know a barrage of questions she surly asked Casey too.
But I was right too. Annie's depo was useless and she is covering.

Now that is weird, really weird. Your friend is accused of child neglect, forging bad checks, her 2 yr old daughter is missing, kidnapped by a babysitter and the only thing YOU are concerned about is the fact that you are going through a rough time?????? It is hard to believe that this young woman could be that self-centered. There has to be more to it than that.

She did not want to hear what Casey would tell her and told them at the Depo that she does not want to know the person who knows.

But she made several attempts to talk to Tonie and see what he knows :waitasec: :waitasec: :waitasec:
I do not think so. I think she is Full of Chit. I think she is covering and I think that birds of a feather are one in the same full of BS. Just my opinion. It was a waist of time.

OH and remember all our opinions are valid so I reapect yours too.
And :Welcome-12-june:

Wow.. I somehow missed that. Thanks for giving me that link. It looks like she was really trying to figure everything out right after Caylee went missing. It looks like she was really pumping him for information and wanted to meet with him to see what all he knew....however.... she left this tidbit of information out of her deposition when they asked if she had ever talked to him. She hasn't talked to him directly face to face.., but they have talked through email and she was pumping him for info. (Didn't stop her from going and spending the night with KC though..:waitasec: I still haven't figured that out).

I kind of got that sense as well, that she in the beginning was still close to KC and the A's. I think that she was buying into their story of "someone" took Caylee. She may not want to reveal all that was said to her because she can't remember "exactly" what they said, and this is all going on record and on camera. However, I think that in the beginning she was probably buying their story....until it was revealed that KC said that she sold dope. That's when AD got really mad and now I think she's realized that KC lies. And now that Caylee has been found and other evidence has come out, she probably realizes just how much more KC lies. She probably didn't want to reveal everything that was said by everyone, but she did leave out the fact that she had talked to TL (IMO).

And as for the drugs, I thought that I had read somewhere in the discovery that she had provided a xanex to SD. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. I don't think she sold it to him, I thought that I read that she gave it to him, but again, I may be wrong. She seemed somewhat irritated over that subject though.

I think she was coached quite well as to what this deposition was all about and that was ZFG. The murder trial is a totally different ballgame. I am quite sure that more information will be required from her, questions asked. I'm no expert in what is admissible in court but hopefully this will all be. This case feels like a Dali painting, to me, clear but unclear.

:clap::clap:Coached well,,,Her answers were short and concise. almost like a pro. She said not much IMO
Throwing a friend under a bus must be hard, but there is a dead baby in the mix. :furious:
What is her moral code, maybe I should not ask, Birds of a feather. :waitasec:
