I have several questions regarding what she wrote on this day. No sadness of the news about Caylee :furious:, why would she be good friends with a friend of Jose, why would Mike and Michelle also be working on her case and that not be noted in the court files, what are the additional resources she would have access to in Miami if her case was moved there, who are the Walsh's, and how would they help her in her Murder/DP trial?

Also, if you notice she talks about Lee and how she asked him to get her some autographs. How is that possible if the family has not seen her or talked to her over the phone since her arrest back in Oct 2008 if I am not mistaken?

Little bit of a transcript from pg 516.
Pg 516 of doc's

Please tell me she wasn't referring to John Walsh and his wife!?!?!? Dear God, she is the most delusional person on earth if she thought she would get any help from him!!!!

Well that one took me by surprise to say the least. The printed email forward of "I like Monkeys".

Talk about random. I'm still sitting here thinking to myself...wha? :waitasec:

Hand numbered page 13713 - KC says that her "main attorney" has been giving her things to read and then he wants her to "teach him". WTH!! Is she doing law research for Baez? GMAB!!

So far taking a break from reading the letters. They are hurting my eyes. However Yuri's report is.... well very good reading. The part about Casey telling RA about the baby blanket and such was with the remains and no one knew that but select law enforcement and the coroner's office.

I can't believe JB and Co. didn't fight the release of this info today.

BBM:

Either he's A) and idiot and didn't read them, or

B) he's trying to downplay their importance by not having a strong reaction to them. If he fought their release and lost, he would be admitting that the letters are d@mning.

I need clarification on something from page 50 (hand-numbered page 13633) of the 516-page .pdf:

Toward the bottom of that page, Casey describes how she used to spend her summer days when she "wasn't doing AAU or training camps".

To what is she referring? Anyone know? I'm usually good w/ acronyms, but this one's stumping me.

TIA!

I hope someone starts a thread on this. I have only read the first page and it is a psychological goldmine.

She mentions, "contraband", so she knows it's wrong but doesn't care. Also, she is establishing rapport, like 'you and I are in this together'.

'the boys always have a good laugh at my expense'- she is distanced from the import of being incarcerated, it's more like a family. "Ha"- her attitude is cheery.

Desire for the 'honest' uncensored'- she's so pure

"god, betrayal, we've both had to deal with a lot of that, our exes sure are winners"- establishing rapport, we are victims

Uses a litany of cliches - 'god is on our side, we...ultimately have the greatest rewards...in order to have life we must lose our old lives so that we may be reborn...the light is clearly shining at the end of the tunnel'

To me, the first page is all about sucking in her reader. She also writes that it shouldn't have taken so long to get the results back of Jesse's paternity test, inferring that something was not right, leaving the rest to the mark's imagination, strengthening the bond of mistrust.

I am guessing whatever the perp "confides" in the following pages has a definite agenda.

Robyn's letters to Tracy:

"Hey BFF! I love you & miss you terribly, I can't wait to see you again! By faith I know that we will hug soon because God is going to deliver me from here, I know it! Since I can't talk to Caysee(sic) Anthony anymore, she started writing me notes and we leave each other notes in books that are on the shelf. I cannot keep them here or throw them in my trash so I am sending them to you to keep safe for me. I try to encourage her to lean unto the Lord for strength, guidance and hope. For some reason, she has chosen me to confide in, but that's ok because I love to encourage and inspire people. I just don't want to get in trouble for having her notes in my cell. I'm trusting ^you with these because it is so high profile- Never mention this on the phone when we talk and I will keep sending them to you to store away.
I love you<3
Robyn<3"

"Today the C.O found a letter that I had written to Casey and I got into a lot of trouble so this will surely be the last of the letters that I receive from her, unless it is by mail when I move to the new place as I promised her that I would write."

"I have to get rid of these notes from Casey so she doesn't get into trouble too. Do you think one day they'll be worth anything? Maybe a spot on the Today Shot or Oprah is anything comes of it, who knows, I am her only friend here but that might be a betrayal and I don't want that!"

This is just a brilliant move by Robyn....to save the letters for their "value" as a quick way to make money or get some fame. The only problem is that like with others who have come into Casey's world have been pulled in like a tractor beam on Star Treck and then crushed by the media hounding them for having contact with her. It will only play out bad for Robyn AND Tracy. Tracy, I think more so because Baez ain't sweating it b/c these letters were not not confiscated by inside LE. They were sent outside to a private citizen who, lord knows, did anything to tamper with or show for people to see, touch. If these letters are admitted into evidence, these two ladies are in a whole world of "painful fame", their credibility will be judged and who knows if Casey will throw THEM under the bus and say that I NEVER wrote this or that. Baez doesn't seem to sweat it b/c all of what comes out of Casey's mouth or pen is hearsay and has to be proven by the prosecution. These two ladies need to look into lawyering up soon as they WILL be dragged into this case!!

Okay, right off the bat-I smell a setup! Reading the paternity and everything leading up to it totally sounds like someone trying to write for a future defense...MOO

Haven't read the rest of the thread yet, but I absolutely agree!!!

Amateur Athletic Union is AAU but have no idea if that is what she is talking about'

The training camp part makes me think it maybe though

I don't know much about victims of molestation, but I do not believe that George or Lee never did that. In those letters she talks about man meat and how she misses men quite frequently. I would think that if some man touched one inappropriately then the lady would not be worrying about man meat while sitting in jail.

I have a feeling the reason the defense allowed these to be released, is to elicit sympathy both from the public and the jury pool, for Casey.

Now, I can understand a bit more why the family has been behind her.
They didn't want all the (allegedly) horrible things they've done to come out and
hope(d) if they stood by her, she'd be quiet about their deeds.

I seem to recall a jail visit where Cindy was concerned about a recent doctor/psych? visit with Casey and she said "Don't worry, I didn't tell them anything."...I am paraphrasing.
I don't feel sorry for her but I'm understanding her a bit more. I also don't think she's telling the truth about everything, although I think enough of her real personality leaks through as to give insight into her character.
And yes, her handwriting is difficult to read, just as her personality seems to be.
----------------------
Deedee, I am also patiently waiting while reading, hoping "she WILL tell them".
There is something big they are all hiding. I dont feel that even B.knows.

Page 11 --- Where Casey writes:

"I love you Robyn! and for now, I will call you Lily. Not sure why, but it just came to me. (smiley face)

G'night!
Muffin"

Is that a heart above the word 'Muffin'?

And d@mning they are!

All I can say is this explains the somber, defeated look on Mr. Mason's face in yesterday's hearing. Do you remember when Diane Downs claimed to have been sexually abused by her father , then years later she recanted the entire story and admitted she made it up?
Of course I hope it is not true that she was molested by either or both of them. It may help to explain the early promiscuity, etc.
Even if she were molested, it does get her a free pass to murder innocent little two year old precious angel from heaven, Caylee. Baez says the letters don't contain a confession and the prosecutors agree, but admitting to two people that she gave Caylee stuff to knock her out so she could go clubbing, is too much of a coincidence for me. The jury will put two and two together when Mr. Ashton sets out his theory as he did once in the pre trial hearing. Now we know where Mr. Terry Lenamon's got his theory that Caylee's death was an accidental overdose of a sedative....from Casey. This means that the entire defense team has known all along and for two years they have disparaged innocent people like Jesse. I am thoroughly pissed off about that. If the kid wants to sue when this is over, for defamation, lawyers will line up to help him, for free.

For those who have been wondering if Lee still supports his sister, I think that question has been answered.......not any more.

Maybe the handwriting was hurting his eyes as well...lol. Do you think he made it past page 1? I'm pretty proud of myself...I made it to 116 before quitting & reading Yuri's summary.

Casey is upset that Lee has passed on things to LE. She also tells her new BFF that George betrayed her when he talked to LE (probably because he said he was worried about the smell and the stain). As Casey says, two down and one family member to go.

Then Cindy brings Casey ugly clothes to wear to court and won't answer Baez's phone calls (probably about the tight pants and ugly short blouse). Then Cindy doesn't come to court because she is sick. However Cindy is on the Today show. Casey says she has lost her entire blood-related family in the blink of an eye and in the midst OF HER MOURNING. According to Casey, the chaplain is almost in tears when Casey shares her woes.

However, Casey says she does have her new adopted family--Cookie.

She wants to set up an RV ministry, traveling throughout the US. How does she read the Bible without bursting into flames when she touches it??

:grouphug:
This is why I pushed the RECORD button for JVM and Nancy just now... I am getting great info here, I will watch the shows later!!!

I have to sign off, I have to run an errand for my son.

Back a few pages someone wondered why JB would not object to this being released.

If a person that was reading these letters did not know much about KC ( a great many of the general public do not follow this case as closely as it is followed here on WS) then it would be easy to come to the uniformed conclusion that she is suffering from some sort of mental illness.

I, in my humble non-professional opinion, do not think that KC has a mental illness. I think she has a personality disorder(s) but that's a character issue (again in my humble opinion) and not a mental illness.

I'll try to catch up on what you all discover.

One more thing...I think it's really creepy how she keeps referring to her lawyers as "the boys". It's almost like she's living in a fantasy world & not facing the reality of her situation. Heck, what am I talking about...she's been doing that all along! (Job @ Universal, make believe friends, etc.)
