My first intuitive thoughts when I read what she says about LA abusing her and thinking maybe GA did the same is: this is what has been discussed with her attorneys. The different directions that they can go if the trial doesn't go in her favor. Just ideas that have been suggested or directions that KC has been led to discuss. Like JB said, “If you look at them within the context, they're of a person locked up 23 hours a day". I don't believe that she is totally Delusional. Some of this info has meaning. Not that's it's necessarily based on factual events that have happened but possibly based on real conversations.

Allergies, blind from reading the letters...Where are the LE summaries? people mentioning YM's reports. I am looking but missed them. Sorry and thanks. just 1/2 a brain here today.

Some but not all of my observations - KC changes her handwriting like she changes her personality.

No love for the A's. Actually, I am inclined to believe some of her anger towards them and the reasons why. I am leaning towards Lee really being involved in this, then GA, then CA.

Wasn't surprised that KC mentioned Caylee many times. In KC's mind, she's done nothing wrong.

Robyn was spot on about KC. Scary.

Confirmed that JB was passing letters between KC and the A's, that KC has a huge crush on JB. The rest is up to your imagination.

Tomorrow I will read the OCSD summary reviews. Now there will be some juicy info.

Oh my word. Where is that at? I had to leave and only had read a few pages and just got back. If that is true....that is as close to a confession as the jury would ever need. Often times the police do not report certain things, and this exact situation in how they nail the real killer, when that person divulges something only the killer would know. Of course they will review the radio and TV reports Casey listened to that day, but if that had not yet been reported...you are right....that is the mother load!

Does anyone recall if that was reported straight away?

Well thank you! I haven't "blogged" in so long but I've been reading and keeping up with everything. A lot of what I'm reading in these letters sounds so similar to some of the exchanges I had with KC, as far as her mindset and all that. I'm kicking myself now, I should have tried to "befriend" her instead of calling her a monster..
 
Please make sure the page number is included when quoting from Casey's letters or the reports as it makes it easier for others to find it and read it.

She may not like "Italians" now, but she sure liked them before she went to jail. Now she's just singling out an entire group of people because of the "betrayal" she feels was done to her by a few Italian men. According to her Photobucket, however..she seemed like quite the "Italian chaser" before jail. I wonder what "her type" is now?

I love how she says "I've been told I look like Alyssa Milano". I think she looks a lot like Alanis Morissette.

That's another thing I was thinking, seeing as how inept her "main attorney" is. Back when she was out on bond, I knew she was reading the blogs..I used to have a suspicion that she may have been deriving defense strategies by reading what plausible stories the bloggers could come up with.
 
TonE got kicked to the curb didn't he? No mention of him anywhere that I can see.
 
So KC is going on about her stories, her books (45-46 pgs) and how she wrote a foreward for one of her books, "Lovers and Friends" going so far as even getting consent but yet her attorney under oath said no book deals, etc.

I have to say that it is awesome for the prosecution to have the attorney prove his client is a pathological liar.

IMO, he should have read the letters a little bit better.
