you know for someone worried about all the extra media attention this case gets ..... what does he do the minute court is over???? MEDIA????:banghead::furious:

also wondering if the new Judge would object to him going on and one about how much better his plan for the change of venue would be vs. the one he was more or less informed of????? What is with this guy? Anyone notice that in most of the questions the Judge asked jb he paused after the 1st answer than said....let me rephrase this????? did that several times....I also thought that hmmmm jb got the memo to adress him as "Your Honor"---did that once maybe twice but fell back to good old standby "judge"......

Didn't get a chance to post this before but before the Judge came in Baez was showing Casey stuff on his phone...obviously don't know what it was but Mason didn't look that happy about it, Casey on the other hand seemed enthralled.

That's what I just heard too. I heard (paraphrasing) that if the state doesn't prove their case then the defense won't need to put on a case of their own.

Now JB is saying National media only brings things up when something is going on as compared to local coverage that calls him if they hear he walked by the courthouse.

Now......where does that fall into his previous diatribes about Nancy Grace and nightly coverage. They even submitted in a motion the number of times Casey was mentioned on Nancy Grace within a period of time.

Hang on...what is wrong with this picture? Jose on national TV saying there is not much National coverage and that is why he wants the trial moved? O..M...G I wish JBP would slap him with a gag order NOW. I am sick, sick, sick of his mouth.

I just wanted to pipe up on the Oakridge thing.
IMO I don't think it will matter if it's allowed at trial. There is so much more that points to KC as the murderer. However it would be great to see how they do what they do and new technology has to start somewhere.

JB has quoted many times that he has proof that his client is innocent so why does he need to dispute all the evidence when all he should have to do since he HAS this proof is simply SHOW IT!!! No need to spend the time or money to dispute the evidence right.

Yes, and if you notice the SAO has not given one interview. Not even spoken to the newspapers etc. in regards to upcoming trial. IMO they are playing it really smart!!! Good for them to focus on the case. Good, let JB et al run around and blabber about their clients innocence so they can take their fight over COV to the judge and have this crap thrown right back in their faces!

If he has proof of Inmate Anthony's inncocence then I am the Queen of England............
