Sorry about the , :
Those darn commas can cause a whole lotta confusion.
Sorry about the , :
From this link: http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2010/06/kyron_hormans_stepmom_terri_mo.html
A report on Fox TV today saying that the stepmom and dad of Kyron Horman had separated is not true, according to the stepmom, Terri Moulton Horman.
Approached at her home in Northwest Portland, Horman said her husband Kaine Horman and 18-month-old daughter Kiara have not moved out as Fox reported.
"Everything's good," she said. "We heard that rumor. It's just a rumor that needs to be squelched. Everything's fine."
Sorry about the , :
So on the face of it...we have story that was attributed to Friends of Terri...being denied by Terri...
But a defense attorney could surely use all of this against prosecution, couldn't they, if they end up with a confession under these kinds of circumstances? What is "under duress" more than having your baby taken away from you while you are being questioned in a possible murder of another child? I just hate to think LE is doing this to "break" her. It does not sit right with me, and sounds like some other country, not here.
For anyone who can't open this for some reason, the statement...
The police didn't take away her child, assuming the child has been taken away. Besides, police use all kinds of tactics to get confessions. Often times they are successful. So long as it's not illegal, why wouldn't they use it?
Well, ain't that something? TH's name not on the bottom of that.
Yep, something is definitely going on with Terri.
I think the "patch of unmowed grass" is meant to describe the place, and is kind of sad since grass grows quite a bit in a month's time. The sign "welcome to the nut house" bothers me though for some reason. It's not too fitting for a place where little kids live I suppose, IMO.
Edited to add: I'm slow, but think finally got that nuthouse may be due to rdsquirrel. Now I noticed though that the baby wandered quite a distance away before being ran after. I know everyone has their own comfort zone of how far to allow a baby to wander though, and not all are picky as I am.
:banghead: I can't open the document! :banghead:
