JA: for some reason this all seems to come down to who makes the call to the fbi. Paula Wolf has at every occasion has done everything within the law to let the defense look at the information. We have complied. We have gone above and beyond what is required in the rules to get the information the defense has asked for. I think direct communication by mr baez to the fbi would be best....

JB saying state is proponent of evidence with doctor who claims to have studied this for many years but there is no evidence supporting it. It is just so because Dr. Vass says it is so because study is proprietary. Also said study timeline goes over many years and trunk issue is over 9 days.

JA defense hasn't stated what part of rule 3.220 state hasn't used. Expert reports were produced. If Mr. Baez wants to have info from FBI he needs to speak to Paula Wolfe - Ms. Simms and Ms. Kinney-Baden spoke with her and she is helpful. Defense asked for compounds - we are getting them. Direct communication with FBI would be more productive between JB and FBI.
