I'm sorry. JB did well. I now have reasonable doubt, and I for once in the past 3 years felt sympathy for ICA. What is wrong with me and my original opinions and convictions. Am I just gullible? I actually felt sorry for ICA.

But here is the problem....

IF you were a juror, as of RIGHT NOW, you cannot consider anything you just heard from Baez as evidence in this case....

So NOTHING has changed in what you were thinking....at least until Baez brings some of these accusations into trial with EVIDENCE or WITNESSES

Huh...I'm stunned, that was a total mess of opening statement by JB but remember the defense doesn't have the burden of proof which is what scares me. That was an awful lot of theory and speculation in one little opening statement, it has to be hard for people with a fresh view to the case to follow that bread crumb trail he left. At the same time he doesn't have to prove any of it is true. He left a lot of gaps for me like how did RK get the body? And yeah how did she die since I thought we were talking drowning and the biggest question for me is why would an innocent girl sit in jail for 3 years to cover it up? The jury could feel either way about it. MOO of course

I dont understand WHO found Caylee, WHO attempted to cover up the ACCIDENTAL DROWNING, and WHO put her in the Swamp.

GA convinced ICA to hide this from CA?!
Roy Kronk Found Caylee but Neglected to call the police?(didnt he call them like 3 times?)
Caylee was never in the car?
GA was in possesion of the Duct tape?

FBI contaminated the Duct tape Evidence?


So much confusion... So many empty holes... And NOTHING has made me go AHA yet..

And, she didn't leave her with them out of necessity, like she HAD to work, no she left her with them while she partied!!!!

Think about it that way, it does not make sense!
